Three ladies but we had plenty of room and just loved this apartment

Charming apartment near the famous Piazza Navona

Pros: We loved the apartment. It was well equipped and comfortable. The location was excellent being near local restaurants and for sightseeing. We were met by the charming owner (even though we were late because our plane had been cancelled) who explained everything clearly and was very helpful.

Cons: Nothing, it was great!

Great holiday in Rome

Pros: We had an amazing stay in Rome! The apartment truly felt like a home away from home — beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located for exploring the city. The host was absolutely fabulous — warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. From great local recommendations to quick responses and thoughtful touches, they made our trip even more special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome! 🇮🇹

Fabulous location, amazing host.

Pros: The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the Vatican (20mins), the Colosseum (25mins) and all of central Rome. Max was an amazing host. We arrived early and I texted him and he met us as soon as we arrived from the airport, well before the check in time of 3pm. He had juice and snacks waiting for us and water in the fridge. The apartment is traditionally decorated with wonderful oil paintings but the bathrooms were modern and spacious. On our last day, Max had organised a taxi to the airport for us but there was a taxi strike. Thankfully Max had a private driver collect us on time and he organised that we were only charged the set taxi fare of €55.

Pros: Our hosts Max and Tina could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Available but by no means intrusive. The apartment really made us feel like we were staying in Italy, not just a generic grey holiday let. Location was great for such a walkable city, taxi rank close if needed. Access good, lift for luggage very helpful. Thanks for our home away from home.

Pros: The apartment has superb facilities and world class location. There are wonderful restaurants, both beneath, and overlooked by the apartment. The living room and dining area are very generous in size and most comfortable. The beds are extremely comfortable. Both bathrooms are recently renovated. Max and Tina are superb hosts. Super helpful with arranging everything. They had welcome refreshments for us when we arrived late in the day after travelling. My son’s phone was damaged while travelling and Max phoned around the repair shops on a holiday weekend to find a technician for us. He also posted on a pair of sunglasses that we left behind in the apartment. And Tina accompanied us to the taxi rank helping with our luggage. Lovely people.

Cons: We loved everything about the property and the fantastic hosts. The kitchen is compact and well-appointed, a small recommendation would be to have a toaster for the kitchen.
