Loved it, would love to come back!
Pros: Clean and comfortable stay, with all the necessary facilities there was also a supermarket and washing station right beside the hotel

Pros: It was all super great! The suite, the whole room, the balcony the location of the apartment only about 7min from the Vatican and about 10min to the metro. Thanks for everything to Alfonso and his entire team! Thank you for an unforgettable holiday in Rome!

Wonderful Birthday stay
Pros: WOW! Couldn't have had a better Birthday stay. The room was like a studio, ample living room space and kitchen part. The courtyard was so lovely and had little birds singing in it. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. Very safe with double doors leading into the courtyard. Lovely little sitting spaces in it. Metro in walking distance, bus stop towards centre basically across the street. What I loved most was the care from the the hotel staff, especially Alfonso - they really tried to make my Birthday trip special. Hats off to this wonderful establishment. Will not hesitate to book again.

Good quite location
Pros: The appartement was in a very nice location, quite, but still few steps from Vatican city. Easily accessible by metro and buses to anywhere in Rome. There were not many tourists in the house during our stay, so it was quite in the night. There is a regular cleaning. The appartement itself was spacious more than usual in Rome.
Cons: You can hear everything from next door, so luckily we had only one neighbour during our stay. The kitchen is poorly equipped so do not expect to cook there, maximum warm up a ready-to-eat food from shops. Due to the fact the appartement was quite big, it was impossible to achieve a comfortable temperature with the airconditioning (we stayed over Christmas).

Pros: Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Great location for Vatican City. Metro only 10 minutes walk. Room very spacious and bed extremely comfortable.
Cons: Only negative we stayed for 4 days and room wasn't cleaned, bedding and towels not changed. Bedding and room not being cleaned was not a massive issue as was hardly in the room and don't change bedding at home after a couple of days. Would of been nice to have had clean towels or at least 2 big towels each for the 4 days.

Pros: Adelina, the receptionist, was the asset of this property. Her smile and willingness to help was immeasurable. Greetings to her.
Cons: The single beds were too small. I am used to sleep in single beds when I travel with my friends but these were REALLY small. The breakfast is box breakfast, meaning there are some snacks bought at the supermarket. We had only one key room, which made our stay uncomfortable because we couldn’t come in and go out from the room in our own terms. I bought a new pair of leggings which I guess made a black stain in the white couch of the room, and after I checkout I received a message to pay 150 euro for the damage. I paid of course, but 1) I don’t believe that the stain is irreversible and 2) even if it is so, I believe they charged a bit too much.

Pros: We did not order for a breakfast, the kitchen was so comfortable that we made breakfast at the apartment.
