Ottaviano Suites

Pros: The room was very comfortable and ideally situated for what we wanted to do in Rome. We were site seeing and also going to watch Scotland vs Italy at Olympic Stadium. Kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. Instructions to access flat were brilluant! So easy to follow and we loved using the lift 😊. It was nice to stay in an apartment and experience what it woyld be like to live in Rome rather than be in a hotel. Thank you also for quick response to our request for more toilet paper 🥰 If visiting again we would consider booking a whole apartment so we were not sharing a kitchen and had an area to sit in and relax.

Cons: Liked everything. The only issue was on Sunday night. One of your guests (couple next door to us), came home (husband was adleep) and had an argument (loud voices and moving in flat loudly - slamming). It was a level that was concerning as it sounded like it was escalating and might become physical. I had enough and banged on the toilet wall which stopped it. It was quite unsettling and difficult ti get ti sleep. It didn't happen again.

Pros: Ash was a great host, he gave me so many recommendations of where to go and where to eat. He was very attentive and helped with any issue we had. The property itself was great, we stayed in winter so it was very warm and clean.

Satisfied with the accomodation and service provided.

Pros: I love that it is 10-15 mins casual walk to the Vatican City, which is my target to live close as I was doing my pilgrimage. The accommodations are all complete too with the kitchen and washing machine and the space are very comfortable for me. I am very satisfied. Loved that the host was very attentive and always checked on my situation via messages here too.

Cons: Nothing. All good for me.

Pros: Really close to the metro and bus stations, very clean and practical. The kitchen is shared has a fridge there also. We really enjoyed our stay there, close and accessible to all.

Cons: The control sometimes didn't work 😅

Pros: We had a really nice stay. The room and the bed were really comfortable and it was nice and clean. The location is really good. Prati is a safe neighbourhood to stay. Metro right in front. I would recommend it!

Pros: I really liked the property, especially its fantastic location (very close to Vatican and to a metro station from where you can get almost everywhere in Rome by metro easily )and the amazing staff. The location was convenient and made everything easily accessible (also area is full of restaurants and pubs), while the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. They helped us with reservation for transfer from and to the airport as our flights were one late in the evening, and the other very early in the morning.

Cons: I appreciate the stay overall, but I did find the room—especially the bathroom—to be much smaller than it appeared in the pictures. Also, the street noise at night, particularly from the garbage truck that came every evening, was a bit disruptive.
