Strategic location in Rome

Pros: Sergio was very welcoming and I enjoyed talking to him. The place is strategically located close to Termini station and another subway station, making it easy to move around the city. The room is comfortable.

Cons: The kitchen could use some heavy cleaning, but it shouldn't be an issue if you're not going to cook there.

Pros: Przemiły właściciel! super lokalizacja! klimatyczny pokój. Prywatna łazienka tylko dla nas. Wszystko jak najbardziej na plus. Sąsiedzi nie przeszkadzali w pobycie.

Pros: La habitación muy comoda, sergio muy buena persona y amable, un sitio sencillo y cerca del centro para verlo todo, buena ubicación. Sergio se preocupó por nosotros, la mañana de irnos yo y mi pareja nos dejamos una chaqueta en la habitación y no nos daba tiempo de ir a por ella porque perdiamos el vuelo, sergio fue tan amable de enviarme la chaqueta a españa. Muy agradecida, cualquier otra persona no hubiera respondido. Gracias por todo.

Pros: La struttura si trova in centro e con facilità a piedi si raggiungono i monumenti principali. Il rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo:ho prenotato una matrimoniali con l'utilizzo di due letti singoli e l'utilizzo dell'angolo cottura. Una lode va al proprietario. Ho subito il furto della borsetta e il proprietario è stato disponibilissimo a farmi accedere all'appartamento fino tarda sera (non avendo piu'le chiavi). Super consigliato.

Cons: Consiglierei di mettere dei tappetini in bagno
