Pros: Such a nice place to stay in Rome! Quiet area, but just two minutes from the underground or bus station, there are all the necessary facilities in the room and a nice yard as a bonus. Also the host is very friendly and helpful ❤️

Pros: This accommodation ist located in the heart of a univiersity district and Just a few minutes to Bologna Metro Station. Termini and Rome Center a few Stations away. The room was clean, and despite the bustling area relatively quit. The kitchen was fully equipped. We felt very komfortable and after Just 2 days, We had a Feeling of beeing residents

Pros: Accogliente monolocale con angolo cucina e bagno. È presente anche un piccolo giardino come suggerisce il nome della struttura. Posizione comodissima per girare in metro, molti servizi nei dintorni dell’alloggio.

Pros: Es liegt sehr nah an der Metrostation Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut Früher Check-In & sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Besitzer

Cons: Das Bett ist sehr durchgelegen & unbequem. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, daher bekommt man alles von den Nachbarn mit. Auf der Terrasse roch es sehr unangenehm nach Abwasser.
