Very pleasant Roman Holiday
Pros: The location is fantastic! It’s just a 2-minute walk from Bologna metro station, which was super convenient after long days of exploring. Even though it’s not right in the city center, it’s only three metro stops from Termini, so getting around was very easy. I also really loved the apartment’s style: it’s bright, newly renovated, and feels very cozy. The blackout curtains were a nice touch for a good night’s sleep, and the balcony overlooking the inner yard made the space feel even more relaxing.
Cons: Overall, the apartment was quite clean, especially the bathrooms and kitchen, which were well-maintained. However, the wooden floor seemed very dusty. I usually walk barefoot or in socks at home, and after a short time, my feet were almost black from dust. It might be a good idea to bring slippers with you, or perhaps the host could consider providing single-use slippers for guests. I also wanted to mention that the street outside can get quite lively at night. Even with the windows closed, some noise can still be heard from the master bedroom, so light sleepers might want to keep that in mind. Additionally, during our stay, the toilet in one of the bathrooms started leaking and making a loud sound. We reached out to the host, but unfortunately, the issue wasn’t fixed during our stay. We ended up closing that bathroom to avoid the noise, thankfully, there are two bathrooms in the apartment, so it wasn’t a major problem.

Location!
Pros: The location is excellent. A few steps from the metro and right in front of the bus stop. The area is nice, close to the grocery store and restaurants/bars. The apartment was clean and communication was easy. .

Highly recommend and would stay again when visiting.
Pros: Very clean and modern, excellent location with the metro opposite. Only 3 stops to termini which takes 5 mins. Handy bar around the corner for breakfast or lunch. Comfortable beds and air con in all the rooms. Nice big showers and specious bedrooms. On the 4th floor but there’s a lift if you don’t want to walk.

Un ottimo alloggio per visitare Roma
Pros: Abbiamo trovato la casa pulita e molto accogliente con tutto il necessario per viverci qualche giorno (noi vi abbiamo soggiornato per 3gg). Anche la posizione è ottima, a 2 passi dalla fermata della metro B \

Buon appartamento dotato di buoni servizi
Pros: Qualità prezzo buona Appartamento confortevole e dotato di buoni confort. Equipaggiamento buono per poter passare qualche giorno in autonomia. Posiziona ottima sulla metro in quartiere con molti ristorantini e bar. Servizio da remoto del host ma molto attento e preciso con massima disponibilità per le nostre esigenze.
Cons: Un po’ macchinoso l’accesso all’appartamento. Maggiore attenzione alla pulizia e forse qualcosina in più per bagno e cucina (sapone, carta igienica). Pochi asciugamani. Rimane nel complesso più che buono

Excelente apartamento en general, aunque detalles a mejorar
Pros: La casa está reformada y parece nueva (aunque el edifico sea antiguo). Es muy cómoda y la limpieza impecable. Es sin duda un apartamento exquisito y cómodo. La ubicación, aunque no es céntrica, es perfecta porque tiene una parada de metro justo en la puerta y un supermercado a 50 metros.
Cons: Lo único que no me gustó fueron algunas deficiencias menores pero se podrían mejorar: una ducha estaba atascada y no la pudimos usar; y echamos en falta utensilios de cocina y cosas básicas, como un poco más de gel y champú, bolsas de basura, alguna pastilla de lavadora y detalles así.
