Great end to our long family adventure

My stay was superb perfect for budget travelling.

Pros: The hosts are so polite and helpful with everything. The place is so big and comfortable it has all of the essentials you will need. The bedrooms the bathrooms and the kitchen were superb. Near the place there is a metro station as well!

Cons: The property doesn’t have any air conditioner and in the summer it can get pretty hot inside but it is manageable.

Wonderful host

Pros: The host was a wonderful person. She answered all the questions immediately. Location was convenient, close to the subway. Apartment was neat and spacious. Kitchen was equipped with everything one might need on the vacation. Bathrooms were clean. There was a minor problem of water heater in the beginning, but it was resolved quickly.

Best apartment I have ever stayed at!

Pros: This place is the perfect example how to run an apartment for tourists. Getting the keys were easy as our hosts were waiting for us in the flat. We were even late and they were super flexible, kind and patient. After they handed over the keys and left we realized that we are lacking a couple of towels, so I called them and they ran back ASAP with fresh towels. Guest service as its best. About the apartment it is very conveniently located right next to the metro line which gets you to the Colosseum or Termini in no time. The layout of the flat is also great with 3 separate rooms (great for even 6 people), two bathrooms and a large kitchen with all the necessary appliances. Beds are comfortable, linens are provided and everything you need to know is written in manuals on the walls. It was also very clean and modestly renovated with new windows and shutters. Definitely one of best accomodation I have ever been to.

Cons: Maybe getting the right temperature in the shower was not that easy, but nothing terrible. Make sure not to use the 2 bathrooms at the same time:)

Pros: Large apartment, great value for money, next to a metro station. Recommended with a family.

Cons: No air conditioning, so it can get warm in summer.

Pros: Very nice host. Apartments comfortable, located in a good place, well equipped, found everything we needed.

Cons: Too cold at night as the heating did not work. Problems with hot water-a few seconds hot, then suddenly freezing and then again hot.

Pros: Well located, very near the Metro station. The hosts were really helpful and friendly, available all day. The beds are comfortable and there is a fully equipped kitchen: ideal for families with children.

Cons: Can be a bit noisy during weekends.

Pros: È la seconda volta che ci appoggiamo a questa struttura, come gruppo, e ci siamo sempre trovati bene sia per la posizione super strategica che per l’appartamento per sé .

Cons: L’unica pecca, è che è un appartamento un po’ buio, dove la luce naturale non entra (questo perché un giorno ci abbiamo lavorato in smartworking ed abbiamo sentito un po’ di freddo, anche a causa dei termosifoni condominiali centralizzati, ma hanno aggiunto dei condizionatori)

Top Lage, absolut zu empfehlen

Pros: Top Lage, super Anbindung durch Metro und Bus, Wohnung sehr sauber, zwei große Bäder, alles vorhanden was man benötigt, sehr nette Vermieter, Bäckereien und Cafés direkt um die Ecke

Pros: Perfektní dostupnost. Metro 2minuty od ubytovani. To stejné obchod- Conad 5minut od ubytovani. Vse ciste a vybavena kuchyn :)
