Great, big, comfortable place to stay in the historic city of Rome

Pros: We had an amazing staying at the house. It was big and very comfortable. Maria Cristina and her husband were very polite and attentive at all times. We are definitely staying there when we come back again. Grazie mille!

Cons: Everything was perfectly good.

Pros: Appartamento molto curato, spazioso, pulito e vicino a diverse fermate di bus e ristoranti con cucina romana. Una vera chicca. La proprietaria gentilissima e premurosa, ha reso indimenticabile il nostro soggiorno a Roma. GRAZIE M.Cristina.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen (Bus 3–5 Minuten, Metro 10–15 Minuten zu Fuss). Die Bäder und die Küche sind mit allen nötigen Utensilien ausgestattet (inkl. Spülmaschine). Die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas älter, aber charmant. Ein Supermarkt liegt direkt gegenüber, sodass man sich problemlos selbst verpflegen kann. Die Gastgeber waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben gut kommuniziert.

Cons: Die Wohnung liegt an der stark befahrenen Via Nomentana, sodass im vorderen Schlafzimmer der Strassenlärm zu hören ist. Dieser Umstand ist im Zentrum Roms allerdings kaum zu vermeiden.

Pros: Notre hôtesse Maria Cristina a été super accueillante et a fait son possible pour faciliter notre séjour à Rome. L'appartement est bien meublé avec un charme suranné. Il est spacieux et agréable. Il y a beaucoup de petites attentions sympathiques, comme plein de produits pour nettoyer, de la lessive, des produits de toilette, des condiments de base (sel, sucre, café, thé etc...), des guides touristiques. Il est situé dans un quartier résidentiel sympathique et plutôt chic, avec plein de commerces et restaurants de qualité . Il y a aussi des sites intéressants à proximité avec zéro touriste! C'est très rafraichissant après les hordes de touristes dans les grands sites romains Les transports en commun sont à proximité et très pratiques.

Cons: L'appartement est situé sur une grande avenue très passante et très bruyante: la chambre à deux lits (qui était pour les enfants) donnait sur cette avenue: il était impensable d'ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit. Nous avons laissé la porte ouverte, ce qui n'a pas posé de problème car nous n'étions que 4 et n'avons pas eu besoin du canapé lit du salon (sur lequel donne la chambre en question).

Alojamiento con encanto

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta. Fuimos a todas las atracciones a pie, nunca más de 30 minutos. Sólo tomamos el autobús para ir al Vaticano , y hay una parada cerca del apartamento. También hay varias pizzerías cerca y dos supermercados, uno de ellos de una cadena conocida, donde poder comprar de todo. Mª Cristina, la anfitriona, nos estaba esperando en la casa a nuestra llegada y nos explico como funcionaba todo y donde tomar el bus. Nos entendimos muy bien , a pesar de la diferencia de idioma. El apartamento está dotado de todo lo necesario para cocinar y pasar unas vacaciones agradables. Es un poco antiguo pero ahí radica su encanto.

Cons: La habitación doble, que da a Vía Nomentana, tiene mucho ruido , es el precio por estar en el centro de la ciudad.

Pros: Piękne, stylowe mieszkanie z duszą, wyposażone we wszystko, co potrzeba. Bardzo mili właściciele. Bardzo czysto. Blisko przystanku autobusowego.

Cons: Wszystko było super

Αυθεντικό ιταλικό διαμέρισμα, άνετο και πεντακάθαρο

Pros: Το διαμέρισμα πεντακάθαρο και με όλες τις παροχές που αναφέρονται, οι χώροι μεγάλοι και άνετοι και η τοποθεσία υπέροχη για όποιον θέλει εύκολη και γρήγορη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης, χωρίς όμως να βρίσκεται σε τουριστική περιοχή. Η γειτονιά αμιγώς ιταλιάνικη με πολλές και υπέροχες τρατορίες, όπου και φάγαμε αυθεντικά και πεντανόστιμα! Η πιο γλυκιά ιδιοκτήτρια που έχουμε συναντήσει, μπορεί να μη μιλούσε αγγλικά, ωστόσο ήρθε μαζί με την κόρη της να μας υποδεχτούν και να συνεννοηθούμε. Και μια μικρή λεπτομέρεια που μας συγκίνησε: ο σύζυγος της ιδιοκτήτριας, βλέποντας ότι ερχόμαστε από Ελλάδα, φρόντισε να μεταφράσει όλες τις οδηγίες του διαμερίσματος στα ελληνικά! Πραγματικά δεν έχουμε λόγια, το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Doporučuji pokud neočekáváte luxus, ale normální ubytování

Pros: Ubytování bylo prostorné, měli jsme vše co jsme potřebovali. Ručníky, hygienické potřeby, pračku, fén... zůstali jsme týden a do bytu jsme chodili víceméně přespat, takže to stačilo. Za málo peněz hodně muziky. V okolí spousta obchodů a restaurací. Kousek pěšky do centra. Zůstali jsme týden 18.-25.4.2023

Cons: Nebylo moc čisto, ale kdyz jsme viděli zbytek Říma a restaurace tak jsme pochopili, že Italové jsou tak trochu bordeláři. Hluk z ulice byl hodně, nejsme na to zvyklí.

Enjoyable comfortable and roomy. Warm homey feeling.

Pros: Breakfast not included but a bakery very. We made coffee and tea in the kitchen. Marie and Francisco where delightful. The building is older but charming. We had all the linens, towels cleaning and cooking supplies we needed. There was toilet paper and paper towels included. I mention this as our next stop did not.

Cons: It’s not that we didn’t like, as it beats walking up 5 flights of stair, but the elevator was a little scary. An old fashion metal caged car that could only hold two people. Interesting. I wish there would have been a few more restaurants closer, but there were a few pizza and pasta restaurants within 3 blocks. It was hard to get a taxi from here.

Pros: Amplio y completo . Bien comunicado. Zona muy linda. Cómodo.
