Pros: The apartment is gorgeous. Cleanliness, comfort is 10 points. The apartment is tasteful, aesthetic design, books, antiques, design - it is immediately clear that the owner is an intellectual. We arrived in the morning, despite this, they opened the doors for us without any problems - special thanks for this. I think I have a home in Rome, I will try to always stay here ❤️

Feels like a home!

Pros: Very quiet, clean, spacious and cozy, zero street noise for the rooms all face the inside courtyard. Very attentive, friendly and responsive host (thank you for accommodating our extra late arrival!). Friendly neighbours. Close to bus stop where you can easily go into city centre. Nice bars and restaurants nearby.

Cons: Bathroom sometimes smells of cigarette smoke coming probably from downstairs neighbors through the shower drain. Shower gel initially provided was not enough for the length of stay (but host would promptly arrange for extra once requested)

Pros: It is located in a quiet and safe area. Everything is well-equipped, and it was very comfortable for a few days’ stay. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I visit Rome.

Cons: Having a washing machine was very convenient. However, it was located in a cluttered, storage-like area.

Pros: Spacious and clean apartment with all the facilities a traveling family needs. Location is also nice. Emiliano is an attentive host. He stayed in touch with us to see if we need anything. Recommended.

Pros: Super huge apartment with super location. Tidy and clean rooms. For book readers you definitely like that place there a huge shelf with a books. In that apartment you have everything you need for a normal stay.

Great stay, great host comfortable apartment.

Pros: Great location away from hustle of Rome city centre. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Definitely for walkers, 30 min walk back to city centre of Rome and many attractions.

Cons: The apartments neighbouring properties were very noisy at night, the wall sockets were not what we expected and had to buy an adapter, for some reason they are older sockets in the buildings. Apartment on the 4th floor and many flights of stairs, there was however a lift.
