Clean and modern apartment, kind owner

Pros: Just a 2-minute walk from Bologna Metro Station. The neighborhood has plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and a supermarket nearby. The apartment is clean and modern, and the owner is easy to reach and very helpful.

Awesome place to avoid the crowd but still easily move around Rome.

Pros: Great location, calm and close to subway and supermarket. I recommend it and would definitely return.

Cons: Needing a code to.enter both the building and the room every time is not easy for all, so a key would be helpful. The kitchen should have more utensils and basic cooking amenities like spices.

Weekend rilassante e piacevole

Pros: Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione, pulitissimo e molto accogliente. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Inoltre l’host è molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima anche la posizione, a pochi passi dalla Metro Bologna.

Bella esperienza

Pros: L'appartamento si trova un una zona ben servita. È di ampia metratura con sue camere matrimoniali grandi e doppi servizi di cui 1 in camera padronale. Sottolineiamo positivamente il gusto della ristrutturazione e degli arredi. Ottima la dotazione della cucina . Nelle camere è presente un piccolo frigorifero oltre a quello in cucina.

Pros: Soggiorno impeccabile. Posizione della struttura vicino alla fermata metro Bologna, oltre che svariati bar e locali. La struttura è molto accogliente, curata nei minimi dettagli, molto spaziosa e non manca niente..c’è tutto ciò che serve. Il proprietario è super disponibile e gentile. Consiglio!

Location ottima per una Roma tra risate, arte e fede

Pros: Un soggiorno romano semplicemente perfetto: l'appartamento, bello, pulito e comodo a tutto (vicino a Piazza Bologna con ogni servizio), ti immerge nel vero spirito della Città Eterna e ti permette di viverla appieno, preparandoti a esplorarla a piedi come un vero romano. Posizione in un quartiere sicuro e tranquillo.
