Comfortable, private, close to the Vatican, close to the metro, close to food shops, there was a snack available daily

Pros: It was extremely comfortable and private room. The host Marco was very helpful and answered queries immediately adding to the sense of comfort

Pros: The apartment is clean and offers everything you need, it was perfect for us for a 4 night stay. Although we were sceptical in the beginning about Vikey check-in, it went very smoothly and it was really easy to get in the building and the apartment. But make sure you always have your phone charged. The location is very quiet and not as busy as the other parts of Rome, with plenty of stores nearby if you want to shop. It is very close to public transportation, both bus and metro, which is great as you can get to city center pretty fast. We also liked the proximity to Vatican, as it was a 15 minute walk from the apartment. We are certainly booking again when we’re back in Rome!

Pros: Nice place with clean rooms. The neighborhood is safe. Host very reactive.

Cons: If your room faces the street, be aware that it's extremely noisy, even during the night. I wasn’t able to sleep because of constant traffic from the nearby avenue, despite wearing earplugs. To make things worse, roadworks were happening around midnight, which added to the disruption...

Perfect location to explore rome

Pros: Fantastic location, close to public transportation and great coffee places and restaurants.

Marco is a 5 stars host. Very proactive, he made my stay a wonderful experience!

Pros: > BREAKFAST: it’s not included. But there is a good supply of tea bags, coffee, cookies, sugar… Coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge and boiler are available in the pantry room. Guests can make their own breakfast by buying some stuff they can keep in the fridge in the pantry room or in their own bedroom. > LOCATION: very safe area. Only 6 minutes walk away from the Metro Lepanto: direct line to Termini trains station. Easy then to commute from the airport to Rome city center and the apartment.

Cons: There is little I didn’t like. The apartment is immaculate: nice decoration, very safe and very clean. The cleaner comes daily - a real bonus! Marco, the host is a lovely man who helped me organising my stay. I was a bit anxious about the opening of the doors as I’m not into technology… and didn’t want to struggle with a self check-in. Guess what! Marco was there to explain things to me: that was wonderful. It was very easy! He is charming and very professional. Always on a phone to answer to my questions. The other thing is that the location is more like a “business area” and some places can be closed during the weekend. If you arrive at night, you might not find a shop to buy some fresh water. Travelers should then buy few bottles of water before heading to the apartment.

Nice room on the great location!

Pros: Room was pretty nice, the bed was really comfortable and there were coffee machine with two coffee capsules, sugar, some biscuits which was nice to have. Bathroom was clean, but shower didn’t have doors (just half of glass wall) so you can expect some water on the floor for sure. They have the Vikey system which means you open doors via the app which is cool. There is a microwave in the common space before you enter the room.

Very pleasant stay, clean, great location

Pros: It was a very clean room with comfy bed, easy acces by code. I choose it because of a very nice location, in a calm and wealthy district. It is close to subway station and if you prefer to walk it is a short walking distance from many attractions. Many shops and restaurants are in the area. I will stay here again next time im in Rome.

Pros: I would highly recommend Santa Monica Townhouse. The lady on reception- Rodica was very nice and helpful. Location is good, room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay there.
