Half Palace

Pros: The location was great, very close to Roma Termini. There is a bus stop just 2 minutes away with connections to all the main attractions. There are many local restaurants nearby serving delicious Italian food, as well as several grocery stores. Fabrizio is a great host – he kindly allowed us to check in a bit earlier. The apartment was clean and tidy, and we were welcomed with refreshments in the fridge, as well as crackers, toast with jam for a snack, and of course, coffee.

Pros: Greta host and very accommodating. Clean and lovely apartment with all amenities we needed. Great location to use as a base when in Rome!

Wonderful stay in Rome!

Pros: I was very pleased with this lovely apartment — it was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host went above and beyond, leaving thoughtful little treats that made our arrival feel extra special. The location was ideal: just a 2‑minute walk to a bus stop that took us straight into the historic city centre, and about a 15‑minute stroll to Termini station for convenient airport connections. I highly recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Small apartment in an authentic neighborhood

Pros: Very clean and friendly communication and we found even some goodies. Rooms are quite big and beds comfortable. Really good service.

Cons: During the weekend nights it might get a bit busy and loud on the streets around the apartment.

Pros: All! The place was clean, warm and very welcoming.

Cons: It is a minor comment…. the beds could have been a bit softer and the duvet slightly thicker…. this is just something personal

Pros: The hosts were very friendly, accommodating and attentive. They made it possible for us to check in a bit early and they left us some food and drinks in the fridge, which was very very nice and we appreciated it a lot. The rooms are large and clean, the kitchen is a bit on the smaller side but it's still more than adequate, even if you decide to cook. The place is very close to the central train station and also within walking distance to some of the attractions (eg. the Colosseum and Roman Forum are about a 30 min walk). The next time we visit Rome, we'll definitely try to book this place again, if it'll be available. Thanks for everything :)

Cons: It gets a bit loud at night due to a nearby bar (but my wife told me she saw a few pairs of ear plugs amongst the toiletries provided by the hosts, so you're covered even if you forget your own ear plugs). Unrelated to the hosts or to the apartment itself, but there are a few homeless people on the way from the train station to the apartment (the north-eastern side of the train station). We went through that area both times during the day and we felt safe, and there were no homeless people within a few hundred meters from the apartment, so the immediate vicinity felt much nicer, but it's just something to keep in mind eg. for solo travellers that might come in during the night - you might want to walk along the south-western side of the train station (we didn't see any homeless people on that side).

Fabulous apartment highly recommended

Pros: 10 mins from the train station in San Lorenzo area, which is about a 30 minute w as ok to the colosseum. Apt on 3rd floor in a block - 2 good size bedrooms , bathroom with good shower. Kitchen with everything you need. Nice and clean with aircon. Owners left loads of information of where to eat etc and very kindly left all sorts of food , coffee pods, water, bottle of wine and in bathroom there was an array of useful toiletries, razor, wipes etc . We ate literally 2 mins from the property breakfast and evenings . Great value . Excellent very comfortable stay. Thank you

Cons: Just needs mirrors in the bedrooms for hair and makeup although there is a large one outside the bedrooms . It can be a little noisy outside at night but there were earplugs left if needed.

Pros: The apartment was all you need for a 4 days city break: location, very clean, spacious, modern with all utilities and the host was amaizing. Thank you Fabrizio for your efforts to feel like home: free drinks and food was indeed the cherry on top of the cake.

Pros: Fabrizio is the host who is very polite,friendly and helpful. He always responded very quickly when I had any questions. The apartment was very clean,quiet and comfortable as well as close to the train station. Highly recommend to everyone.
