Pros: The apartment is modern, very clean and well equipped. There are nearby supermarket or food establishments if you opt to cook or buy food or eat out. David was an excellent host, always communicating and ensuring that we had what we needed. If there's a chance of going back to Rome, I will stay at this apartment again. I definitely recommend!

Great apartment

Pros: The apartment is great. We liked being near Termini, as we had a few days trips planned.

Cons: We shopped at In's Market a few blocks away, where the lady yelled at us and was cursing Americans (in Italian). A man, maybe her boss, got on to her. This was our 13th trip to Italy, so we are not novices. She yelled because the chip in my husband's credit card wouldn't read and it had to be inserted. My advice, don't give that store your business. We didn't feel very welcome at other local businesses either.

Pros: Appartamento nuovo con finiture di pregio, comodo alla Stazione Termini ed a tutti i servizi, molto pulito, confortevole, super accessioriato con prodotti per igiene e pulizia in abbondanza, bottiglie d'acqua, snack, caffè, ecc.

Pros: Bellissimo appartamento. Presente ogni comfort, lo consiglio. Gentilissimo il propretario. Pulitissimo . Se dovessi trovarlo disponibile ci ritorneremo ogni volta.
