Excellent

Pros: Very good location, walking distance to St Peter’s Basilica and Vatican Museums. The apartment is spacious (feels more spacious than it looks in the pictures) with all the features needed for a comfortable stay and the garden is just perfect! Dear Giulio thank you for your excellent communication and for making us feel welcome.

Pros: Beautiful and clean apartment. Two large rooms, modern kitchen and bathroom. Enough room for a family of 4. Good internet connection. The best feature was a private garden, an excellent place to rest and unwind in the evening after a whole day of sightseeing. We felt very safe with a gated building. We also loved the location near Cipro metro station, walking distance to Vatican Museums, Mercato Trionfale, Carrefour, lots of local cafes and restaurants. Very quiet and not touristy spot.

Cute place to stay and practical for any touristic visits of Rome.

Pros: Well localised « out » of the very center but still very close with the Vatican nearby. Pretty practical with good metro and bus connection. Giulio is very nice and helpful always answering all the questions ! Recommend it 100%

Czas w Rzymie spędziliśmy głównie poza obiektem. Mimo wszystko jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w obiekcie.

Pros: Taras, bliskość do metra, ogólne wyposażenie typu pralka, wyposażenie kuchni i łazienki, klimatyzacja itp.

Cons: Słychać sąsiadów, ale to jak wszędzie dla własnej wygody, mieszkając w centrum i w bloku należy mieć ze sobą stopery do uszu.

Apartament z pięknym tarasem

Pros: Piękny taras z dającym oszałamiający zapach jaśminem. Wyremontowany apartament blisko Watykanu, metra, sklepów i knajpek. Super kontakt z właścicielem

Cons: Nie jest to wina właściciela ale niestety codziennie byliśmy budzeni o 8 przez sąsiadów wykonujących gruntowny remont apartamentów i tarasu obok. Nie jeden remont lecz dwa odbywające się równocześnie. Młot udarowy i kilof od 8 rano skutecznie zepsuł mi poranek. Na szczęście wystarczyło uciec z apartamentu i wrócić późnym wieczorem kiedy już było cicho. Do rozważenia na teraz bo nie wiem kiedy te remonty się skończą. Gdyby nie to, to miałabym zero zastrzeżeń.
