Wonderful stay for a good price

Pros: The apartment is very nice and it has all the facilities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is great, it’s close to Roma Termini. The neighbourhood is chill but also is full of cafes and ristorantes, at night there’s a good atmosphere. Federico was absolutely kind with us and kept in contact all the time.

Pros: - it’s located near the railway station and close to the city centre - there is a great restaurant downstairs and a gelato place - the apartment and the building are very stylish and nice - the apartment has two separate rooms which is great if you come to work as a couple

Estupendo y súper cómodo.

Pros: El apartamento en sí, la buena ubicación y lo cómodo y espacioso que es.

Cons: Dardaron mucho en contestarnos y entregarnos el apartamento ya que nos dijeron que hubo un mal entendido con otro apartamento.

Pros: Die Lage ist sehr gut da man gleich mit der Bus oder mit der Metro in Roma Termini überall hinkommt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer wunderschönen alte Haus mit einem sehr schönen und großzügigen Treppenhaus. Selbst die Lage am Alte Stadtmauer und di ganze schöne Restaurants und Cafés an der Via Tiburtina machen die Umgebung der Wohnung sehr interessant und Angehnem. Wir könnten gut fanden alles zum Frühstück, Aperitivo und Abendessen vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist nicht groß aber dafür sehr schön renoviert. Wir fanden die Möbel sehr passende mir der Stil des Hauses und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine inklusiv. Klima Anlagen in Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer waren sehr willkommen nach dem Spaziergang in der heißen Zentrum der Stadt. Der Betreiber, Federico, ist immer schnell zu erreichen und kamm entgegen wegen die Checkout am letzten Tag an dem wir ein wenig zu Müde waren pünktlich um 9 abzuführen. Ich kann in gesamt die Wohnung empfehlen.

Pros: La ubicación es muy conveniente el apartamento tiene aire acondicionado se agradece mucho.

Cons: El baño está muy reducido y las camas no son muy cómodas

Pros: La ubicación y facilidad para el check in. La persona que lo gestiona, Federico, nos trató Súper bien, y aunque no le conocimos en persona, nos ayudó mucho.

Pros: Апартаменты удачно расположены, рядом магазины, улица с ресторанчиками, не дорого все. Тихий район. В Апартаментах уютно, был кофе, соль, чай, все кухонные принадлежности, мягкие удобные кровати и подушки. Тепло.

Cons: Хозяин до последнего не давал информацию о ключах. Очень позднее заселение, в 18:30, ещё и ждали под дверью пока хозяин соизволит скинуть информацию о том как попасть в апартаменты. Такого позднего заселения ещё не встречали, обычно 14-15:00. Имейте это в виду.
