Peaceful location in festive Trastevere

Pros: Upon arrival we met our host Marco and his adorable son Alberto. Marco explained everything from how the skylights worked to laundry. There is Washing machine in closet and drying rack/heater in bathroom. The location in bustling Trastevere was minutes from the scene yet located on a quiet cobblestone street. We really appreciated the location in a residential neighborhood building. The cozy apartment had everything we needed thoughtfully put together. We would stay here again.

Cons: School nearby with sounds of children playing some afternoons may bother some but we loved the sounds of happy kids playing.

Pros: Marco's young son was most charming and helpful - and a wiz with the wifi hookup!

Amazing location

Pros: Cozy and clean ground floor flat, very good location. Communication with the owner was excellent, he was very hostile and helpful explaining everything about the flat.

Cons: We couldn’t manage to get hot water in the morning even if the owner explained what to do, on the evenings was fine. The flat is little noisy. Property had only one wine glass and 3 coffee cups it supposed to be for four people. But overall all was good.

Pros: I would like to express my satisfaction with my stay. The location of the accommodation is excellent, with easy access to the main points of the city, but at the same time on a quiet street, ensuring nights of silence and rest. The environment was impeccably clean, which demonstrates the care and attention to detail. The price was fair, especially considering the quality offered. In addition, the host was extremely friendly and attentive, always available to help with any questions or needs. I recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and good hospitality!

Cozy apartment in close proximity to good restaurants and within a few kilometers to most sights.

Pros: The property is located on the heart of Trastevere, within a few minutes a number of restaurants and bars. The property itself is a cost apartment with all the amenities you would need, including a tv, fridge, iron, coffee machine and washing machine.

Pros: very clean modern apartments, new furniture, clean linen , reliable electrics , In the apartment we were met with coffee, cookies, and tea, which was nice after the journey. a very hospitable host greeted us despite the pouring rain. There are many very good restaurants in this area, although you need to make a reservation, in some even two days in advance all sightseeing are 1 km away on foot, very convenient We were really enjoy our stay. Clean, comfortable, price and quality correspond

Pros: We enjoyed our stay a lot. We had everything that we need in this apartment. Apartment was clean and kitchen and bathroom were equipped. If anyone want to cook on vacation, it wouldn´t be a problem, there was everything in the kitchen. We did not miss anything. It was in center of Rome, so everything was near. The owner was pleasant. Everything was prepared for us.

Cons: The accommodation wasn´t spacious, but it was plenty enough for the few days.
