Pros: We had a very pleasant stay. Communication with the owner was very good — friendly and helpful. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was clean and the area is quiet. We enjoyed our time here.

Pros: Great apartment, just as described. I spent two weeks there and had everything I needed – a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, as well as a TV with Netflix and other streaming services. The neighborhood has a student vibe but is definitely quiet and safe. There are plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby. Termini train station is just a 15-minute walk away. Very friendly and communicative host – greetings to Mr. Carlo!
Cons: No complaints.

Pros: San Lorenzo look like the best place to stay in Rome. very student and free vibe there, not that crowded and expensive, plus feels like a safe area. And this apartement is amazing. nice chic clean room and terrace with comfortable seating. all you need is inside (beside regular stuff you find there even more rare things like electric machine against mosquito, electrical plug adapters,..). Communication with the landlord and handover of the keys was flawless and on time. We recommend this 100%. If we come back next time, hopefully we stay there again.
Cons: I only have one negative comment, and that is that the refrigerator “talks”, which can be a bit disturbing when sleeping. But I always use earplugs.

Pros: Luxurious apartments with a good location. Better live than in photos. Everything is new and clean, it was a very pleasant stay. There is everything you need for your stay here. The owner Emanuelle was very hospitable and left a bottle of wine as a gift, which was very nice. Thank you very much, we will be happy to stay again!)

Pros: 房間像家一樣夠大可奔跑，還有頂樓露台，鄰居的可愛貓喜歡從露台跑進來玩，安靜街區隔音OK。有冰箱、微波爐、熱水壺、簡易餐具、衣架多個、吹風機、床邊插頭開關、Netflix。治安比前站Vittorio Emanuele好，週遭環境富有有生活感。
Cons: 位於San Lorenzo大學區距離景點較遠，退房當天如果有其他房客無法寄放行李。淋浴水壓弱、沒有碗和油，需自行處理垃圾。(上面都不是不喜歡的地方，我們常常住民宿都習慣了🙂)

Pros: L'appartamento è stato una bellissima sorpresa. La posizione è perfetta per muoversi a Roma, tranquilla ma ben collegata. Gli spazi sono ampi, curati e accoglienti ideale per una coppia. II riscaldamento funziona benissimo, cosa davvero importante in questo periodo, e l'atmosfera è calda e confortevole. La struttura è pulita, silenziosa e arredata con gusto. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la terrazza, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in città. Host disponibile e comunicazione semplice
Cons: Nulla di particolare, tutto è andato molto bene

Pros: Прекрасное расположение апартов, если необходимо воспользоваться вокзалом Termini. Квартира со всем необходимым, есть выход на террасу, где можно прекрасно отдохнуть и высушить белье. В квартире есть все необходимое, стиральная машина, посудомойка, фен, сушилка для белья. Хозяин квартиры, Carlo, был в отъезде, но по WhatsApp проконсультировал и ответил на все вопросы.
Cons: Не хватает света, достаточно темно Не нашли таблетки для посудомойки, но вообщем то обошлись без них, т.к на 1 раз покупать было не логично Не был бы лишним гель для душа, хоть в мини упаковке

Me encantó mucho la zona es universitaria, encuentras buenos restaurantes a buen precio, hay tiendas, patinetas, y estac
Pros: Muy cerca a la estación de Termini en Roma, caminando a 10 minutos, Con maletas como a 15 minutos por que uno demora más por las cosas que lleva, pero te puedes ir caminando y es seguro, algunas calles son oscuras pero no hay peligro, nosotros íbamos siempre caminando hasta termini y de ahí tomábamos un taxi es más fácil por que a veces en la vía no paran. Lo recomiendo mucho es muy tranquilo, uno duerme súper bien, se puede cocinar ya que la cocina es muy bien equipada, el baño excelente, el internet también, los vecinos son silenciosos a pesar que es una zona de jóvenes, hay supermercados, tiendas muy cerca, el barrio se llama San Lorenzo y tiene la mejor Gelateria espectacular. Vamos a volver 🫶🏼
Cons: Algunas calles son oscuras pero es seguro, me gustaría que estuviera más señalizado el nombre del edifico por qué fue un poco confuso al encontrarlo por qué no tenía nombre solo el número 26 pero le preguntamos al señor de la tienda de la esquina y nos ayudó a encontrar la dirección, muy amable.
