Pros: It was so close to everything, it was clean, great value for money and everyone was very lovely x

Cons: This is the only thing, we would still come back again but the walls were quite thin and so you head everyone at breakfast when you were having a lie in but that literally was the only thing!

Pros: Fabio went out of his way to accomodate us and made us feel welcome in the cosy and comfortable 5th floor guest house. We enjoyed 3 nights with breakfast and had a wonderful time.

Pros: Mario is such a good host, ready to help, kind. Everything is clean, the location is good... for the money, excellent accommodation. We'll see you again!

Pros: The hotel is in a convenient location, a 15 minute walk to Termini Station, Trevi Fountain. It is close to bus and metro stops. The area around the hotel is quiet. It is nearby Borghese Park. The host is really friendly. Before our arrival, he explained us in detail how to get to the hotel. He gave us a map and directions to the places we wanted to visit.

Pros: Great location! All tourist attractions are very close and can be reached in just 10-15 minutes on foot. Near the property there are several restaurants with great pizzas and pastas at reasonable prices. The host is very kind. Breakfast could be more diverse, but the coffee is excellent. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and return to it.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome, and I’ll happily come back on my next trip! :)

Pros: I stayed at this lovely bed & breakfast for 4 nights during my solo trip to Rome and had a truly great experience. The location was perfect—central and super convenient for exploring the city. The host was absolutely amazing—so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The place was just right for what I was looking for: cozy, clean, comfortable and safe, and I loved the view from my window.

Cons: If I had to mention anything, I’d say it would be nice to have a bit more variety in the breakfast options, and better soundproofing would be a plus. But overall, those were minor things compared to how much I enjoyed my stay.

Pros: Great location, near the train station and approx. 15 minutes walking from the city center.

Cons: The hygiene could be a little better and maybe a more varied breakfast, but for this price point, is ok.

Pros: Mario Fabio, the host, was excellent. He couldn’t do enough for you. He waited for us to check in as was late getting there. Location was perfect for all the things to see well within walking distance. Breakfast was continental style and very good.
