Very good

Pros: The apartment is clean,big and comfortable.The region is good there are a lot of restaurants near the apartment and a supermarket. The Colosseum is just a few steps away.

Cons: Please pay attention if you arrive late by night may you have some issues with the host.He doesn’t want to welcome his guest after 10p.m because the metro stop and he doesn’t have opportunity to get home. That's why we didn't have a very good start to our vacation. We had to hurry to get to the apartment as soon as possible so we wouldn't be left on the street. Finally he agreed to leave the keys and after this situation we had no problem with the host

Pros: Location was wonderful, right near the colosseum. There was plenty of space to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other.

Cons: There was a smell in the bathroom, probably coming from the drains. I imagine though that the pipes and systems are all pretty old. It wasn’t so bad that it bothered us too much and it didn’t come out into the rest of the apartment.

We really enjoyed the stay and apartment suited our needs

Pros: Great location and plenty of space for the four adults in our party. The street the apartment is located on has great facilities also

Cons: The bathroom could do with being updated, neighbour upstairs is very loud at night on occasion

Cons: The dual air-conditioner/heater takes a long time for the heater setting to kick in.

Everything was perfect.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The location is phenomenal. Literally 1 minute from the Colosseum. There is a 24-hour supermarket in front of the building. Also, several cute trattorias/restaurants/bakeries. The apartment is very comfortable and the things in it are brand new and well preserved. The hygiene of the silent parts of the apartment could be a little better. In general, everything is perfect.
