Pros: Perfect stay and perfect location. Room was lovely and very clean. The lady on reception was very kind and even set up some birthday decorations that i asked if possible. Would 100% stay here again.

Cons: That after walking so much all day we just didnt have the energy to stay up late and have some drinks in the bar below 🤣

Pros: Location was great walking distance to everything and breakfast at the coming out bar downstairs was an added bonus

Cons: While the addition of the coffee machine was great. I feel like the water that was in the tank had not been emptied in weeks/months and put me off using it.

Pros: Excellent location. Convenient check in at the bar downstairs. Spacious room.

Cons: Shower leaks, needs a new calk as water ends up leaking under the shower glass panel. But otherwise all good :)

Pros: Amazing little studio next to the Colosseum Next door to the site Ruins right infront of the window

Cons: The bars downstairs are very loud and will keep you up till about 2:30am 😅

Pros: The airconditioning and bed. Location of our room very very quiet. Rear of building. Resturant attached and discounts

Cons: Shower floor and doors, unsafe. Stairs of course but only 2 sets.

Pros: Great location, walking distance to the colosseum and bus stops. Restaurants and supermarket are just downstairs. Spacious room with high ceiling and good sound proofing - cannot hear much noise despite a bar is located downstairs.

Cons: The bed was just a sofa bed - may not be the most comfortable to some. There was also a small bad sewage smell from the bathroom.

Fabulous trip to Rome, accommodation and staff were lovely

Pros: The location couldn’t have been better. Close to restaurants, metro and the colosseum is literally right next door. Despite the busy neighbourhood the room is relatively sound proof. The room itself is very spacious, high ceiling and has a good size bathroom. There is plenty of space to unpack or store your belongings.

Cons: The bed was uncomfortable, but to others it might not be.

Clean comfortable close. The whole three C’s!

Pros: Super close to the colosseum for tours. Great restaurant next door with great discount collaboration. Outdoor seating to soak up the atmosphere of Italy. Fantastic staff throughout the accommodation and restaurant.

Cons: Nothing to dislike ticks all the boxes.
