Pros: Good location, close to tram, subway and bus stops. Good support from the staff from check-in to check-out. Room was fresh and clean.

Pros: It was close to the colosseum, it was walking distance to all sites. Great room with everything you needed for 5 days in Rome. Quiet area with cafe and bar on the corner for early breakfast . Exceptionally clean , supplied soap, shampoo and a great shower. Nicely decorated. Can’t praise enough.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike . Very high standard

Beautiful location in Rome

Pros: The room was perfect. Clean. Beautiful decorated and location is perfect with lots of restaurants in the vicinity.

Cons: There was a problem with hot water but owner was super helpful and as soon I told him the problem he fixed it

Pros: I had a fantastic stay here – the location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the Colosseum, which made exploring the city so easy. The accommodation itself was spotless, with great attention to detail and comfort. I especially appreciated the thoughtful little extras like slippers, quality shampoo, and shower gel, which made it feel more welcoming than many other places I’ve stayed. The staff were incredibly supportive and friendly (Leonardo), always ready to help with advice, which really added to the experience. Having a lovely bar just downstairs was perfect for a relaxing drink in the evening, and the 24-hour shop on the next street was so convenient. Overall, it was the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and hospitality – I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be close to the Colosseum and enjoy a worry-free stay in Rome.
