Lovely apartment in safe and easy accessible location

Pros: Lovely owner, apartment was well equipped and clean, it was safe and secure. Delicious breakfast by a local bakery. The location is so close to the main train station and is on the bus and tram line. We walked to most places within an hour.

Pros: Great location, close to the train and nice restaurants

Cons: The only thing is the window at the entrance door. It is not transparent but the light from the garden does make it a bit too light. The only window we had in our room was in the roof but for 2 night stay it was not a problem.

Great location, great facilities and great host!

Pros: Location is perfect, close to all the restaurants, cafes and the train station to the city. Francesco was super helpful and a delight to be around. The breakfast at the nearby cafe was great.

Cons: Nothing bad to say! Everything was perfect.

Excellent and warm welcome Place for a Perfect stay in Rome

Pros: Excellent location right close to Station, breakfast and bars. Francesco is super Kind and helpful, the Space was very clean and equipped with everything you needs. Towels, toiletries, super clean. We could even leave our luggage there until our flight, highly recommend for a convenient stay in Rome..

Pros: Our host Francesco was a good bloke. Very good size room. Good fridge and amenities to sit inside and out. Was well located and in a good neighbourhood. Dining options were really good. No issues in access to anything you wanted.

Cons: Rome is not the cleanest place going around.

Pleasant stay, excellent value

Pros: Extremely clean, spacious, good location, friendly staff. Breakfast was coffee and a choice of any baked item at the local bakery.

Cons: There are signs of wear and tear from when the photographs were taken. The greenery in the garden is a lot greater.

Comfortable stay with great location

Pros: The location of the accommodation was perfect for getting to Rome center quick and easy. The host provided us with tickets for coffee and cornetto at a wonderful coffee place. Rooms were very clean and specious with really comfortable beds. We felt safe and relaxed at Francesco's place. We can just recommend to everyone!
