Perfect for a week’s stay in Rome

Pros: An absolutely fantastic find in the heart of Rome in edgy San Lorenzo - a new discovery for me and us, but we couldn’t have been happier or luckier. Quiet, well equipped, well connected, and a great and accommodating host taking care of us. We stayed for a week and didn’t want to leave!

Pros: Close to Rome termini and Vittorio Emanuel stations so could easily get around Rome. Supermarket and fruit market close by. Plenty of restaurants at your doorstep (highly recommend Armandos which was across the road). We were a family of 6.

Cons: Didn't realise there is no lounge room space which is not a huge issue but meant bedrooms were the only place to relax after full days of exploring.

Great location

Pros: Great location...easy to get to all the main attractions and comfortable & quiet accomodation.

Cons: The c€5/head per day tax should be shown on the quote not added afterwards.

Pros: Loved the location. A little out of Rome but quiet, close to cafes/restaurants and quaint shops. Close to Rome Termini train station which we walked from & Vittoria Emanuelle Metro to get to all tourist destinations. Kitchenette, cafe making, washing machine. Grazie ✨🙏🇮🇹

Cons: The beds were a little uncomfortable and short.

Pros: Gute Lage, sehr schöner botanischer Innenhof. Ruhe durch die abgedichteten Fenster. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Kein Wohnzimmer, aber das Sitzen am Küchentisch reichte uns aus.

Consiglio

Pros: Posto perfetto sia come struttura che per vicinanza a tutto quello che mi interessava

Cons: Unica pecca non incontri nessuno dei gestori, per carità gentilissimi e precisi, però molto impersonale

Roma auténtica

Pros: El apartamento está a 15' a pie del metro y a unos 45' del centro, en un barrio auténtico y con mucho ambiente universitario, lleno de bares y restaurantes muy agradables 🍝, a precios asequibles. Es una zona tranquila y poco turística, ideal para conocer la Roma más auténtica. El piso estaba muy limpio, y las habitaciones y el baño son bastante grandes y con todo lo necesario. El jardín interior por el que se accede es encantador y muy bien cuidado. En general, una estancia muy agradable. Perfecta si quieres conocer una Roma genuinamente local, lejos del turismo masivo! ❤️

Cons: Algunos detalles que podrían mejorarse: actualizar las fotos, revisar la ducha (cuesta un poco regular la temperatura), incluir servilletas y paños de cocina.

Pros: The apartment was very nice and well equipped. The location really good to take transportation to go anywhere in Rome. Restaurants and grocery stores just by the building , but really not noisy as you could expect it to be. The best of all the owner was very friendly and helpful. Very highly recommended.

Cons: Just the fact that the elevator is a little small, but fun

Pros: Appartamento spazioso, pulitissimo, ottima insonorizzazione (indispensabile in un quartiere ricco di movida come San Lorenzo), posizione ottimale per raggiungere in poco tempo il centro storico con una suggestiva passeggiata. Nel complesso un ottimo soggiorno, assolutamente consigliato

Cons: Unico appunto: 2 asciugamani son pochi per una settimana di soggiorno e il pentolame da rivedere
