Pros: The host let us store our bags before check in and after check out and was really accommodating. That was so nice as the weather was rainy it made our travel organisation so much better. Everything was as described and the location is really good in the area Ponte with shops and Places to eat and tourist places like Vatican and Piazza Campo dei Fiori nearby. The flat was clean and coffee and basic kitchen stuff and towels and bathroom things were there. I don't mind the stairs.... The terraces on the roof are beautiful but unfortunately in January it was a bit too cold and wet for much use.
Cons: One night it got really cold and we needed a bit to figure out the heating...

Tolle Lage! Perfekt für einen Städtetrip.
Pros: Die Lage ist ein Traum. 10 min zum Piazza Navona, 15 min zum Petersdom. Busse, Taxi, Supermarkt, alles in der Nähe! Für einen Städtetrip ideal. Grundsätzlich alles vorhanden im Apartment. Sogar Shampoo und Duschgel! Ausstattung der Küche hat für uns gereicht. Ein Toaster wäre nett. Die Kaffeemaschine müsste mal entkalkt werden, läuft sehr langsam. Aber das ist wirklich schon Kritik auf hohem Niveau. Alles sauber. Hand- und Badetücher vorhanden. Sogar ein Fön. Gerne wieder....
Cons: Wir mussten zusätzlich mit der Klimaanlage heizen, die 2 Heizkörper schaffen es nicht, den Raum zu wärmen. Fenster und Terrassentür sind nicht dicht, aber gut. Anstrengend sind die 78 Treppen die man zum Apartment erklimmen muss. Dafür ist es ruhig und die tolle Lage macht das wieder wett.

Udany wyjazd, z apartamentu było wszędzie blisko, bardzo bezpieczna dzielnica i mieszkanie też.
Pros: Lokalizacja świetna, mieszkanie czyste. Szybki kontakt z właścicielką.
Cons: jedyny minus to brak wifi

Świetne miejsce do city break w Rzymie.
Pros: Świetna lokalizacja. Wszędzie można iść na piechotę. Dostępna kawa w kuchni. Taras w centrum Rzymu to rarytas. Można tam wypocząć wieczorem i nie tylko.
Cons: Brak windy, Wejście na 4 piętro jest ogólnie męczące.

Pros: Podobało nam się wszystko, idealna lokalizacja, taras na letnie wieczory, bardzo wygodne lóżka.
Cons: Trzeba brać pod uwagę że to naprawdę bardzo wysokie 3 piętro.

Kjempefornøyd! Lagrer denne til senere anledning!
Pros: God oppfølging, og enkel kommunikasjon med Natalia. Ble møtt utenfor av en kollega som viste oss opp til leiligheten, ga oss en rundtur og hjalp til med bagasjen. Fantastisk med friheten av egen leilighet.
Cons: Litt ustabilt varmtvann i dusjen. og lite trykk på vannet.

Pros: L'emplacement est le vrai atout de ce charmant appartement italien. Tout se fait à 15 minutes à pieds, un vrai bonheur. L'appartement est spacieux, il était parfait pour notre séjour à Rome entre 3 copines. Les hôtes sont gentils et facile à joindre, ils répondent très rapidement. La terrasse est vraiment très agréable pour boire un verre ou s'y détendre le matin avant d'attaquer la journée.
Cons: Le lit double est un peu petit et le matelas pas tout jeune. L'isolation fût ce que nous avons le moins apprécié car nous entendions toute la rue (et les goélands à 3h du matin !) mais cela peut s'appliquer à beaucoup de logements sur Rome.

La dolce vita sur les toits de Rome :)
Pros: L'appartement était parfaitement conforme aux indications. L'entrée se fait directement dans la pièce principale qui sert de chambre (1 lit double + 1 canapé transformable en lit). Si la météo ne permet pas de manger sur la terrasse il est possible de le faire à l'intérieur du séjour / chambre (la table permet d'accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes). La terrasse est très agréable et si la météo est clémente il est possible d'y prendre un verre ou d'y déjeuner / dîner grâce à la table qui s'y trouve. Une extension permet de loger une 3ème / 4ème personne (mais pas un enfant car la pièce a une 2ème terrasse qui donne directement sur la rue). Cette petite extension est très agréable.
Cons: La situation au 4ème étage sans ascenseur nécessite d'avoir la forme :) Heureusement à l'arrivée Flavio nous a aidées à porter les valises jusqu'à l'appartement : c'était très apprécié :) Il faut gérer ses journées en conséquence (et ne rien oublier dans l'appartement si on ne veut pas faire plusieurs allers retours dans la journée.) Pros: Μας αρεσε πολύ η βεράντα που διαθέτει το κατάλυμα. Τεράστια και άνετη.Άνετος χώρος και έχει ότι χρειάζεσαι για τη διαμονή σου.
Cons: Χάνει πολύ από το ότι είναι στον 4ο όροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ και ότι για να ζεσταίνεται πρέπει να έχεις συνέχεια ανοιχτό τον κλιματισμό.
