Amazing hotel

Pros: The hotel was very clean, stuff was very helpful and very close to everything

Central location, tasteful clean room

Pros: Pleasant place with tasteful decor, if you like a little character. Polite, helpful Reception staff (Fiorella? Very friendly lady) . Room is well-equipped, has all the basics you'd need, and is cleaned daily. I found the bed comfortable enough (I prefer firm mattresses, this one wasn't the soft springy type). Location is good - close enough to main train station but it can be approached via a major road, safe for single travelers. As quiet as it can get in the middle of Rome.

Cons: It's just me but I did not find the breakfast of good value - it's rather standard and unimaginative, nothing tasted anything, really (lumpy-dry scrambled eggs, bog-standard cheese). Was just OK and does the job.

Nice hotel, good area

Pros: conveniently located, good and safe area. Clean rooms, soundproofed windows.

Cons: The staff activities in the early morning are very noisy and disturbing. It is very noisy early in the morning.

Pros: hotel breakfast is worth it ,one day we try to eat breakfast near by and I was really pure Hotel is value for money and clean

Pros: Breakfast was good. Room had everything required and was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.. Location was approx 20-30 mins from main attractions. However taxis are reasonable if it’s for more than 1 person. Metro and bus stops are close by and are cheap e.g. € 1.50 per journey. Beautiful city.

Pros: The hotel's location is ideal - you’ll find it on a quiet street. But it’s an 8-minute walk to Termini station and a 4-minute walk to Castro Pretorio metro station. It's very convenient to get all the places of interest. The room is larger than regular hotel rooms. Good soundproofing and very comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly. Also highly recommended restaurant Bramble 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Comfortable room and location

Pros: Nearby train and metro station. Very friendly staff. Comfortable room with facilities.

Cons: Small room. The double bed doesn't have a solid mattress.

Pros: Good location. The staff kindly explained how to use the classical elevator. Shower had good water pressure.

Pros: The location offered excellent accessibility to both the metro and Termini. The staff consistently demonstrated politeness and friendliness throughout our stay. We experienced no issues during our visit. The room was maintained in a clean condition, and housekeeping services were provided daily.

Cons: The breakfast selection currently offered is consistent on a daily basis. It would be beneficial to explore options for varying the menu to avoid repetition.
