Pros: We stayed here for four nights and had a very pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, only a 5-minute walk from the Termi train station, and the area feels safe. There are several bakeries and restaurants nearby, offering tasty food at reasonable prices. The staff was welcoming and always helpful. Free capsule coffee is provided, and also a big bottle of water every day,which was a small but appreciated detail that made our mornings more enjoyable. Last but not least, the room was clean when we checked in, and the staff provided daily housekeeping service.

Pros: Comfortable room and beds, clean and hygiene at the highest level. The hotel is centrally located, and only 5 mins walk to Termini. Staff is kind and helpful, reception opened 24 hours, laguage storage free of charge. I highly recommend it.
