Hotel St Martin by OMNIA hotels

Very satisfied with the stay.

Pros: The hotel is highly recommended. Exceptional location. As soon as you leave the building, around the corner you have the metro station Castro Pretorio. Breakfast buffet very good, with a large selection of pastries, dairy and meat products, salad or fruit, excellent coffee. Room was spotless, large, bed very comfortable. Bathroom with all necessities. We are extremely satisfied with our stay. I would be happy to come next year as well.

Cons: Internet connection must be better. TV channels mainly broadcast news. No music channels.

Great hotel with lovely staff - would return

Pros: Lovely property - easy to get into town with a metro station right by the door. The staff were so kind. The bar tender was awesome

Cons: A very small thing but the gym is dated and the size of a cupboard.

Pros: Nice room, comfy bed, huge shower, exceptional breakfast.

Cons: AC was not working, we had constantly over 25degrees in the room.

A nice stay in Rome at St Martin!

Pros: - Location is decent, most important sights in Rome are close by and can be covered within walking distance. - The hotel in general and the room were exceptionally clean and smelled fresh. - Staff is helpful and friendly. - Compared to other hotels in the area, this one is much more modern. Many hotels in Rome are dated, this one is not!

Cons: - We could hear the traffic/outside noise at night in our room, but we can sleep through it. If you are a light sleeper you may need to keep this into consideration. - Bed in the queen room is too small for 2 adults in my opinion. If you are used to having a lot of space, this may not be sufficient room for you. - Early check in was not possible when we arrived unfortunately. They allowed us to leave our luggage and come back later.

Enjoyed our stay

Pros: Very close to Termini. Good location 👌 to be honest and overall the hotel itself is very spacious. Housekeeping was very helpful and friendly with my request.

Cons: Breakfast not on standard for 4 stars. Not so many options sausage and bacon with scrambled eggs was cold which is disappointing but overall we enjoyed our stayover.

Pros: The staff were so kind always and the hotel is well located. The room was very clean also.

Most reasonable stay in Rome!

Pros: This was my second time staying here! Definitely the most reasonable price and quality when travelling for work. Close proximity to Termini station and very clean amenities. All around good deal. Staff is very welcoming and the bar tender downstairs is a pleasure!

Pros: The hotel pleasantly surprised us – the rooms were clean, tidy, and cozy. The staff were very kind and helpful, always willing to assist. A big plus was the excellent location – the metro station was only about 100 meters from the hotel, which made it very easy to get around the city.

Cons: The only small downside was the breakfast, which could be more varied and tasty. Otherwise, we were very satisfied and would be happy to stay here again.

Fabulous !!

Pros: Fabulous room and facilities, fantastic bathroom / shower, wonderfully helpful staff. Jammed the lock on my case and couldn’t open it on arrival. Hotel maintenance man came to my rescue and got it open. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hospitality was exceptional — the staff were friendly attentive, and always ready to help. Every detail, from check-in to check-out, was handled with professionalism and care. Truly a great example of warm and genuine hospitality.
