We fell in love with Rome and with Hotel Canada

Pros: Warm welcome, friendly and helpful - everyone was so kind and genuine, we could tell this is a family hotel. Breakfast absolutely superb- a very good selection which was much appreciated by me as I have dietary requirements. The whole experience was first class.

Cons: Aircon in room was set too high for our liking, it was an easy fix to switch it off and open the window.

Great location, food and staff

Pros: Great location, close to Roma Termini (around 10 minutes by foot) and other Metro stations (Castro Pretorio). Varied and good food at breakfast. Comfortable beds and great facilities in the room. Helpful staff. Cleaning personnel kind and understanding. Working heating and air conditioning, the room was cozy and heated enough. Quiet area, there is no busy traffic nearby. Close to restaurants and food places.

Cons: There was a bit of noise in the rooms nearby (first floor) from the construction team that renovated the rooms, but it didn't bother us too much because we left the room at 11:00 each day.

Nice hotel in Rome

Pros: Very nice and clean room. Also very big. Facilities were great. Cold water didn’t work for a while but the staff fixed it.

The place worth recommending.

Pros: Excellent service. Tasty and resonable varied breakfast. Decent location, approx 700m from main station (metro, trains). Daily cleaning. Very good room amenities (toiletries, safe, tea set, etc.). Comfortable bed.

Cons: I was there in winter, but in summer a fridge in the room would be useful I think.

I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Rome.

Pros: Perfect spot to stay in Rome. Comfortable bed, good shower, plenty of space, good location. Right near the train station. On the outer edge of central Rome but we were still close enough to walk to all the sights.

Great location, great breakfast.

Pros: Loved the location and the staff when checking in. The breakfast was also great with buffet and some personal touches (coffee) And the room and the beds were just perfect!

Cons: The parking situation is Rome-like, where you can go into an expensive 40e per day garage or park outside. Now parking outside and paying the city parking is much cheaper, so I would suggest that. Car break-ins are rare, so unless you have valuables in the car, park outside. I also had some mixups where I wanted the hotel to wash and iron some shirts and it was not possible. This should be addressed and available 24/7 - 365 and I don't want to be paying 200-300e a night and then think about this stuff.
