Great service and value for money in Rome

Pros: The staff was wonderfully helpful. The hotel is renovated but retains some charm. Breakfast was varied and enjoyable. I was able to check-in early, which was massively useful to me.

Cons: The location is ok, close by to the train station, but not many good quality eateries around.

Exactly what we expected from the one night stay near Termini Central Station.

Pros: Breakfast was very good, hotel is 11 minutes walk from Temini train station. Room facilities are good as well.

Pros: The location of the hotel is very good, it is a quiet street, close to the metro and the market. The room is large and has a fairly large balcony where you can have coffee with a view of Rome. The staff is very attentive

Rome stay

Pros: We had 3 rooms. On the day of arrival, it was one of the children's birthdays, so it was pre arranged to have a cake and small buffet. Staff were helpful and after checking out we were able to leave our luggage.

Pros: I recently stayed at Hotel Villafranca and had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and located in a very convenient area. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service at the front desk. Mr Naser ], who was working when I checked in, was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. They made the check-in process quick and smooth, gave great local recommendations, and even went the extra mile to make sure my room met my preferences. Their warm welcome really set the tone for a great stay. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely return! 🚫

Exceptionally kind and attentive staff and perfect location

Pros: The staff was extremely kind, professional, helpful. The staff and the location made this hotel special! We could leave our bags before the check-in time and for a few hours after our check-out time without any problems.

Cons: Unfortunately there wasn’t any vegan option for breakfast (ex. Plant-based milk or yogurt or croissant). The staff kindly said that they can provide vegan option when advising during the booking.
