Pros: Thank you for your support Sabrina. When I was sick, the hotel staff was so friendly to bring up tea and hot water to my room and asked if I need anything else. Great location, friendly and high quality staff

Pros: Beautiful property in a beautiful city. The staff were attentive, but subtle & every need was catered for. All you could expect from St Regis!

Cons: The gym could benefit from air conditioning especially in the warmer months.

Pros: Anna, the receptionist of the hotel, is very warm and friendly. The room is very beautiful, classic Italian decoration style, we booked two rooms, the room pattern is similar, but the curtains and crystal lights are different. The ballroom was beautiful, just like the dance halls in Beauty and the Beast movies. It's easy to get a taxi and there are good restaurants nearby.

Cons: The quality of breakfast and the price do not match. There wasn't much food to choose from, and it wasn't very tasty. The next day, I went to a nearby cafe and spent around 20 euros to buy breakfast for six people, but the hotel charged 40 euros per person. A little disappointed.
