Near Termini, calm area with nearby amenities

Pros: Great location, fair price. Not noisy during night.

Cons: Breakfast is simple, but fair and fully within expectations for this budget

Pros: It was very clean, the room had everything I needed, the bathroom was clean and had no fungus. Comfortable bed, safe area (I travelled alone, and the hotel appeared to be just in front of the government office with security service). Breakfast (food alone) ok, I was surprised it was included in the price.

Cons: INSTANT COFFEE MACHINE AT BREAKFAST - SERIOUSLY?! IN ITALY??? Please change it ASAP to a regular espresso machine with beans. Besides, the walls of the facility are very thin, I had a snoring male neighbor, who was coming late to his room and was loudly speaking on the phone close to midnight. I believe there should be a night silence after at least 23 o clock. I was unable to fall asleep without earplugs.

Pros: About a 10 min walk from Termini Station or if you're feeling particularly lazy, a 3 min walk from Repubblica Metro station. The Hotel has compact rooms but with en suite bathroom and comfy beds. A good but not extensive continental style buffet breakfast the usual drill of cheese, meats, breads etc. Tea and coffee available. Not in the rooms though. A good walk to all the major sights in Rome. Perfect for the short stay we were on.

Cons: Nothing really to dislike. The reception is detached from most of the rooms. It's in the building across the courtyard. Lift is small so any big suitcases could be an issue.

Excellent location, friendly staffs, overall it is - actually a “B and B” standard.

Pros: The property is clean, staffs are friendly, excellent location - not too close to the termini, otherwise too busy, but within 15 minutes walk which is bearable; 5 minutes walk from the subway, 3 minutes walk from bus stop.

Cons: There are a few steps that you must carry your heavy luggage before getting into the elevator, again a few steps before you actually reaching the designated third floor. You also need to bring luggage up a few steps going to the reception. There is NO coffee maker in room (I should have realised this before booking).
