Friendly staff, great location

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to everything we needed. The breakfast was superb, with a great variety and high-quality options. We would definitely stay here again!

Very good hotel close to Termini station.

Pros: Located relatively close to Termini station, recently refurbished and modernized, room safe, excellent value for money.

Cons: Poor sound insulation - could hear the neighbours talking, no shower curtain - flooded bathroom during showering.

Pros: The hotel is nicely situated in the central part of Rome, with good transport connections, and it is still being close enough so you can walk to all of the main sights. Also there are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and bars around the area as well, and it is very easy to find.

Pros: Excellent location, close to the main railway station. The area is quiet and safe. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The furniture is new. The bathroom is spacious and includes everything you need. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is quite good.

the hotel was exceptional, even in the older, cheaper room

Pros: there was room service every day, the receptionist in the morning was very nice and professional, more than what we thought we wojld get for the price, even took our bags upstairs to our room

Cons: the shower was a bit small and the hotel had thin walls
