Pros: The host, Asia, communicated well and was helpful in all dealings. The location was close to the Metro which supplied links to all the attractions. Room was clean and modern and had all the necessary requirements, including a corkscrew. Quiet location, warm, comfortable, close to a selection of restaurants and shops and would certainly recommend to a friend.

Top comfy and clean!
Pros: This has been one of our best experiences staying in a private apartment. The place is just perfect! First of all, special thanks to the hosts for all the care and attention! They have been very kind and supportive during the complete stay. As for the facility, - perfect condition, newly renovated - fully equipped - cooking appliances, iron, hair dryer, dishwasher tabs, tea/coffee etc. - super-clean - great location - near metro, walking distance to St. Giovanni and Colosseum, enough shops and eating places around. Yet not touristic area - you live like a local! - organized parking (very important as all the public parkings and even illegal sports are full!) - comfy bed - practical interior - very well thought through. Next time we come to Rome, we know where to stay ;-)

Pros: We stayed in Rome at Asia’s apartment for 4 days, and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The metro is very close, there are supermarkets nearby, and the city center is easy to reach. The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and hospitable, always available and happy to help. We were very satisfied with our stay and would be happy to return again.

Pros: Very nice place to stay! My son and I were very satisfied. The host was in touch all the time, constantly supported, quickly answered all questions and helped when needed. It was very nice and we felt safe. The apartment is clean, cozy and comfortable. There is everything you need for a stay, we felt at home. The area is also very good - quiet, peaceful, and easy to get to the main attractions. Our stay was wonderful, and I am very happy to recommend this accommodation to other guests. Thank you to the host for your hospitality!

Excellent place to stay in Rome!
Pros: This elegant studio is situated in a calm and safe neighbourhood, the location is close to a metro station, connected directly to Roma Termini and Coliseum, it is perfect for sightseeing and walking around the city. The property is impressively clean, newly furnished, it has everything that you may need, like fully equipped kitchenette, coffee machine (with complimentary coffee and tea), comfortable big bed, crystal white bed linens and towels, modern bathroom (spacious and spotless) with great shower. The studio is really quiet, the windows face an inner yard with orange trees and flowers. The self check-in and check-out is very easy. The owners are young, polite and caring, they grant warm hospitality, personal attention and excellent communication. It is obvious that the property is maintained at high level. We felt like home and we wish to come back for a longer visit in this fantastic place!
Cons: Everything was just great, more than we expected!

Pros: Excellent apartment – very clean and equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect! Just a 20-minute walk to the Colosseum and 5 minutes to the metro, which takes you directly to the train station and the Vatican. Special thanks to the manager, Taisian. She explained everything in detail and was always available. Highly recommended!!!

Pros: Very clean and comfortable apartment, close to everything, bus stop right at the gate, gorgeous zone. The owner is a very kind and helpful person, everything was perfect!
