Pros: Amazing host, apartment is in a simple, nice Italian neighbourhood and is very close to train station that gets to Romes best attractions in les than 10minutes, very pleasing location and for good price👍🏻

Cons: Apartment is a little bit dark, but was fine because we mostly spent out time sleeping there so that’s fine

Pros: Fabio is a great host. The breakfast is great. We loved the neighborhood, it's well connected to everything but still pretty quiet. The room has everything you need for a great stay.

Cons: It is a bit poor on ventilation as it is on a ground floor. The walls are pretty thin, you can hear other guests when they shower or use the toilet. Nothing that a pair of earplugs can't fix, but if you are a light sleeper, take this into consideration.

Pros: Everything. The apartment has everything you need for your short or long stay, and it was also very clean. The best thing is that you have coffee and breakfast in the café next to the apartment, which makes it easier if you have to leave early to visit Rome's attractions. The metro is really close, and the neighborhood is quiet. Our biggest surprise was that we received more towels for our stay, which we usually lack in other apartments. Fabio is very thoughtful.

Pros: Fabio was a very good host, he explained everything we needed, told us how to get there, how to use the public transportation, told us about good local spots. The location of the place is good because there's a bus and metro station in close proximity. The room was clean and cozy. Already recommended it to a family member. Thanks for everything Fabio! Pros: Fabio answered all of our questions even before we arrived. His direction to the place is great and make it easy for us to find the place when we get off Roma Ostiense train station. It is very convenient to get into the city centre and come back to a quiet place at the end of the day. The room is not big but enough space for our luggage. There is a supermarket near by open from 8-20.30 hr or 8.30-20.00 on Sunday. Garbetella Metro is 2 blocks away. Breakfast is a continental BF with cappuccino, croissant and orange juice which is enough for us to start the day. If you want more, you can buy more from the Bar. Oh, there are extension cords for us in the room! Tea, sugar and kettle are offered but we didn't use it at all. Oh, there is an elevator at Roma Ostiense to exit onto Piazza XII 1492 October which is close to the BnB.We didn't know that on the way in! There is bus 715/716 near by too.

Cons: Sometimes, the fridge is a bit noisy at night but when you move it a bit it quiet!

Pros: The room is just perfect for coming back and sleep at night after a lonf day of walking around the city. It’s also really close to every type of public transport.

Cons: The bed was a bit loud and the floor was kind of cold.

Great place for travellers just looking for an affordable place to crash.

Pros: Fabio was an incredibly attentive and friendly host. The room was absolutely spotless - perhaps the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in, exceeding the standards of even many hotels I’ve been to. It was dark, quiet and cool with an extremely comfortable bed - perfect place to get a good sleep. Excellent value for money with the included breakfast (a croissant or sandwich with a cappuccino and orange juice from the café next door). The neighbourhood is vibrant with excellent access to metro B at Garbatella station. As I was travelling for work, the absolute last thing I wanted was to have to push through hoards of tourists at the end of the day. This is an excellent place to stay for anyone who wants to experience more low-key, local side of Rome while still having easy access to the attractions in the city centre. Very easy access to Fiumicino airport via Ostiense station which is a 5 min walk away. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect accommodation in quiet neighboorhood

Pros: Great neighborhood - very central but you are away from the touristic epicenter. Good and fast connection to everything you might want to visit during your stay. Has all amenities needed for a short city trip. Great Italian breakfast included

Cons: The bed is not very comfortable and moves with every millimeter of motion. Little space to put things (but that might not be a big issue if you only come for a few days) .
