Nice

Pros: The place was very close to the metro station, everything was clean and the room was warm. The only minor issue was a bit of difficulty with communication, but it did not affect the rating. We found our way very easily and everything went smoothly.

Pros: The location is very close to all means of transportation, and you can reach any part of Rome quite quickly. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. The host is super friendly and helps you with anything you need.

Cons: The walls are a bit thin.

It’s a good option for a short stay, especially due to its location and availability of stores and cafes nearby.

Pros: Location is very nice, good connection with the public transport; there are also some shops (Carrefour, for example), restaurant and cafes nearby; it is nice that there is a coffee machine in the Loggia, a kettle and an iron, so all necessary for a short stay.

Cons: Unfortunately, some of the towels were dirty and had several tears in it, so we had to buy a new one; bed sheets had also some spots and cups in the room were also with stains from tea/coffee. Humidity was also quite high and rooms lack soundproofing, but I think it is the problem of the whole building, not only this apartment.

Pros: La posizione vicinissima alla stazione metro e la disponibilità/ cortesia dei titolari. Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo.

Cons: Dare la possibilità, pagando, di avere un cambio asciugamani almeno ogni due giorni.

Una notte a Roma

Pros: Struttura carina, posizione vicino alla metro Garbatella 5' a piedi.

Cons: Check in dopo le 16:30 risulta essere un po' tardi. Camera con i muri da risistemare, un po' di muffa. Dalla nostra camera si sentivano i rumori ed i discorsi della stanza accanto.

Roma

Pros: Posizione,la Garbatella è davvero molto bella..bagno pulito e camera spaziosa a 3 minuti a piedi dalla metro

Cons: 2 brioches imbustate non si possono definire colazione...a questo punto sarebbe meglio un buono in un bar

Pros: Camera comoda ed accogliente, ottimo materasso dormito benissimo, doccia perfetta.

Cons: Aspetti negativi: accesso alla camera un po' troppo tardi, arrivando a Roma la mattina avrei gradito poter usufruire della stanza per riposarmi nel pomeriggio, le 16:30 è tardi. Seconda cosa la mancanza del bidet. In tanti paesi non usa, ma in Italia, per ora si.

Pros: Struttura bellissima pulita e vicina a metro e fermate! Consiglio fortemente!
