Pros: This lodging is not really a B&B, instead it is a flat in a residential building converted into two guest rooms and two bathrooms (one private to each bedroom, but across the hallway from the bedroom). There was no proper breakfast offered, but the host left some toast, jam and biscuits in the room, and there was a Lavazza espresso maker. The room was spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable. The balcony looked out onto a spacious roundabout, with views of a nearby park. Would be a nice place to have a drink in the evening, weather permitting. The Garbatella Metro station is very close, and Ostiense train station is just 10 minutes or so away on foot.

Cons: In most ways this is more like an apartment rental (Airbnb style) instead of a B&B, and this could be made clearer in the description. To check in you have to arrange to meet the host or hostess. Viviana was very helpful and kind in getting me settled, once I arrived.

Pleasant and really good value.

Pros: We were met by two lovely ladies that explained everything to us and gave good advice on how to get to the gig we were in Rome for.

Cons: The B and B was nice, but the breakfast was basic.

Pros: Very clean room near the metro station, a nice and kind owner, surroundings uncomparable to the city center. You can eat and drink well and for good money :-)

Pros: The staff is extremely courteous. They help the guest in every possible way. The location is close to santa maria novella train station by bus (10 min). Bus frequency is real good. Tickets 1.5 euros for 90 min. Highly recommend for families.

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte e posso dire che la proprietaria è una persona davvero eccezionale e soprattutto molto disponibile per qualsiasi problema.. il b&b molto accogliente bello caldo spazioso e pulito.. nonostante non era incluso avevamo a disposizione anche dei biscotti con the caldo e caffè per la colazione.. davvero eccezionale.. se passiamo di nuovo per roma è obbligo ritornarci.. grazie di ❤️
