Pros: The appartment really has everything you need and was extremely clean. Hotel quality service, with more space. I loved the system for breakfast in a local cafe (delicious).

Pros: Accoglienza super, la struttura è nuovissima, la stanza pulitissima con tutti i comfort, non prevede la colazione. L'area comune con la cucina è accessoriata e molto pulita. La struttura è totalmente ristrutturata, bagno accogliente e servito di tutto nonchè molto pulito con sigillo di igiene sul water. Gli spazi sono ben gestiti, letto comodissimo e dotata di frigo anche in camera. L'host è disponibile per ogni necessità e a qualsiasi orario. La posizione è vicinissima alla Metro B. Consigliatissimo

Cons: Una bottiglia di acqua di cortesia sarebbe gradita. Per il resto nulla da dire.

Un soggiorno piacevole e accogliente

Pros: Accoglienza e confort Abbiamo trascorso giorni davvero sereni da Suemy Rome. La casa è accogliente, pulita, curata con amore e ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. L’ospitalità di Suemy è stata impeccabile: gentile, attenta e sempre disponibile. Un luogo dove si respira calore e attenzione per gli ospiti.

Pros: Buen trato, habitación muy cómoda y la opción de desayuno es perfecta. La cocina ayuda por si algún día no se quiere comer fuera, ya que se puede usar sin problemas.

Cons: Se oye la tele de los vecinos, el ruido de la caldera y cisternas ajenas. Además, si hay gente en las otras habitaciones puede que no sean muy respetuosos y hagan ruido extra.

Pros: La struttura è situata al primo piano di un complesso condominiale. Camere pulite e nuove. Ottima posizione per raggiungere la metro, circa 5 minuti a piedi. Filippo gentile e disponibile.

Pros: Le personnel était acceuillant, très sympa et à l'écoute. L'appartement reflettait la description, chambre spacieuse et propre, appartement bien décoré.

Cons: Le manque de fer à repasser. Le petit déjeuner était assez limité, pas à notre goût.
