Good price versus performance ratio

Pros: Perfect location near metro station, so you can reach the city centre in few minutes and half an hour to Ostia. Friendly personal, clean rooms. Overaly it was nice stay over weekend.

Great place to stay.

Pros: The room was spacious, a beautiful view and wide windows. The bed was confortable and the room was clean. It includes breakfast in a bar one block from the b&b.

Cons: The check in was made on the phone, it would be appropriate if anyone would show up.

Pros: The rooms are way more beautiful than I expected the whole apartment is spacious and very clean, also you get very nice view from the terrace. The location is really good the metro station is just few minutes walk.

Cons: The only thing that disturbed me and I can't give 10 is because the man that was working there was knocking so hard on my door in the morning telling me I had to leave without even checking until when was my stay. I'm not easily disturbed but that was so rude because first of all I really wanted to rest that morning because I was so tired and second I had one more night there. Please be as quiet as possible in the mornings when you come clean.

Pros: The place is in a quiet area of Rome and well connected with the historical center with metro. The house has a beautiful terrace view. Aldo the host is super nice, he picked me up from the airport very late in night :) also with the room you get a ticket for free breakfast on the bar around the corner where I could have a good vegan cornetto and coffee🥰

Cons: The only down was the mattress, not super comfortable I think because the bed is quite old as the rest of the house.

Pros: Its really a good place to live, whole staff is super cooperative. No additional or hidden charges, very comfortable location, no traffic noise. Well equipped with everything, e.g air conditioner.

Pros: Helpful staff, clear directions given to the property. I asked for an iron, and they responded quickly. Also, they were kind enough to grant our request when we ask if we can leave the luggage after checkout.
