Accommodating staff very friendly

Pros: We did not partake in the breakfast Location central to everything

Enjoyed the city, its people, culture and food

Pros: It’s location/ very authentic/ bed etc very comfortable/ the staff very welcoming nothing too much trouble

Cons: Thought the sauna wasnt needed/ the spa bath advertises as for two.. it isn’t but doesn’t take away from the ambience of the room The water could have been hotter

Pros: Everything was clean and pretty just like the photos and even better, the bed was huge, the spa was a nice experience, the coffee maker (you could even make cappuccino) was the icing on the cake. Thank you 🥰

Pros: The hotel is located in a great position, really close to walk in order to see the attractions. The staff was really friendly and supportive. The room was clean, and we loved the sauna and jacuzzi.

Cons: The only thing it was a bit disturbing was the noise coming from outside the street. Would be great if they can do something regarding this.

Pros: Fantastic location, from here we were able to walk to the Pantheon (5 minutes), Trevi fountain (12 minutes), Colleseum and the Forum (30 minutes) and the Vatican (25 minutes) Great secure property with access provided via a mobile link. Friendly staff with good communication before arrival making sure we were able to check in straight away. Plenty of space and a lovely comfortable bed. Free WiFi

Cons: It can be a little noisy first thing in the morning when the restaurant opposite has its glass bottles collected. It didn’t happen every day and was only a very brief disturbance

Pros: Location, location, location! Extremely helpful & welcoming staff, convenience of a kitchenette in a common area, a little bonus - steam room in the shower, very much needed after clocking up serious miles on the walking tours! Quiet room, netflix at your disposal, proper coffee machine, the ambience and the charm of this historical building...

Cons: Nothing, really, we had an opportunity to view other rooms (there are 5 altogether) and will try to book a larger room next time (already looking into booking our next year trip))

Pros: The place is nice and is pretty well located. A special mention goes to Matias who had a really exceptional attention and was very welcoming and helpful. Being in Rome one cannot expect to get a bigger room for the price you pay, therefore, it is a balanced option.

Cons: Although breakfast is good it honestly can be better or at least have some more options, especially considering that the additional price is comparable to those places with a much varied breakfast.
