Fabulous apartment in great location
Pros: Great location near Pantheon and restaurants, great coffee shop 2 doors away. Good communication. Nice sized room with plenty of space. Great place to stay in Rome. tip: can get a
Cons: It is on second floor without a lift (but they kindly carried our bags up on our arrival). Bins in downstairs corridor smell a bit on arrival sometimes.

Fantastic accommodation in excellent location.
Pros: Room was spacious and very clean. The location was amazing. Joseph was incredibly helpful, friendly and an efficient communicator when we had questions.
Cons: Very minor but the bed spread colour being red... it was different in the pictures. It needed to be more subtle to match the decor.

Can’t wait to return again!
Pros: Lovely room plenty of space, spa bath, nespreso machine. Location was amazing walking distance to everything!very helpful with luggage calling for a taxi and available via WhatsApp always from start to finish.
Cons: A few extra steps 😂

Good spot in good location. Quiet and easy to get to, has what you need and a good space to cool down and re-group befor
Pros: Good spot, good location, quiet! Should note that this isn’t a hotel, it’s an apartment room, has everything you need and not an issue unless you specifically want the hotel experience
Cons: Did smell a bit musty. Maybe a little pricey for what it is. Quite a few stairs, we knew about this in advance but for anyone staying just note there isn’t another option apart from stairs.

Great stay, great location, great customer service.
Pros: Clean and very comfortable. Location was great, close to restaurants, walking distance to the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. A property you would return to. Joseph was wonderful, answered our questions, assisted with our luggage on arrival and departure, made our stay one to remember.
Cons: Property on second floor, no lift. But we knew when we booked. But could be difficult for people with limited mobility.

It was clean, Joseph was very accommodating but pillows were very hard and 50 steps to climb.
Pros: The pillows were very hard. Too hard. And we had 50 steps to climb. No where did it say that it had no elevator.

Amazing location/room/staff. Perfect for anyone wanting to be close to everything.
Pros: Don’t have enough words to say how impressed we were with this room. Joseph checked us in and helped throughout our stay and he was super warm, friendly and helpful. Room was large. Great tv. Comfiest bed we’ve ever slept in. Huge spa. High pressure shower. Lots of bench space and cupboards. Strong aircon. Location was phenomenal - close to eateries/icecream etc. Walking distance to everything but tucked on a quiet street away from the immediate crowds.
Cons: Everything was amazing wish we stayed longer.

Good if you book for reasonable price
Pros: Location is great, in the heart of the city centre. Staff is super responsive and welcoming. You should realise it’s a room for rent in the residential building and not a hotel. The only reason I decreased the rate is the price. Probably it’s too high because of the jubilee year in Vatican. If the price would be lower I would rate 10. And I would also recommend staff to use fungus spray in bathroom and clean the wash basins as they are coming blocked easily. Do not expect any view from the room as they are facing internal yard, not a fancy one. But overall the accommodation is good if you book for a reasonable price.

Great location, very comfortable bed, beautiful washroom, very clean, excellent customer service.
Pros: Really appreciated Joseph being there to let us in and how clean he (and Matthew) kept the room each day. Joseph also arranged a taxi for us when we had to get to the airport as he said he would. Very pleasant customer service. We loved the location. Lots of shops within walking distance.
Cons: The only drawback was so many steps to the second floor. However, we are 69 so most people wouldn’t mind at all 😊

Amazing location but with a few niggles
Pros: The location was perfect everythin within half an hour's walk.. Was clean, sheets and bedding etc. Were very clean. Daily clean was done to a reasonable standard too.. But the real reason I'm giving this a high score is really for the location and cleanliness... again if you're lookin for good location I just cannot fault this.. Plenty of places to eat within 10minutes walking distance. Also to the hot spots of the likes of the pantheon, Spanish Steps and trevi fountain. And even the colosseum and Vatican.. We walked to both of those within half an hour at a casual stroll.
Cons: But niggles were really just things like.. Room was a little smaller than what it looked on the pictures, wasn't keen on the mattress topper on the bed. Was not particular comfortable especially if you suffer from a bad back like we do. Sometimes the drainage from the toilet would give off a slight smell.
