Pros: We were met by host who spent time advising us where to go; apartment was excellent- well equipped, all modern, spotlessly clean. Approx 1km ( 15 mins walk) to metro. Residential area but with bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Brilliant stay, will be back!

Modern and clean

Pros: Nice clean and modernized appartment with all thinkable equipment. Placed in a nice and quiet area just outside the City Wall. Walkind distance to the Colosseum. Fine restaurents and cafes in the area.

We had great time, we are very happy that we choose this apartment for our stay.

Pros: Everything was perfect, very kind and helpful host, who is willing to help you with anything you need, from calling taxi for you to giving you the list of restaurants where you can eat good food. Apartment was beautiful, very very clean, a lot of light, modern design, with everything you need(coffee machine, dishwasher, owen, microwave, stickmixer. New and clean carpets, blankets and towels. Smart TV.

Pros: the apartment i spent a week in was just great. it is much better than in the photos. the apartment is bright, very clean and very modern. fully equipped. everything is thought out to the smallest detail. coffee, water, cleaning, iron, washing machine, dryers, oven, microwave and many nice little things. the hosts are very friendly, we were told and shown how to use the equipment, they gave advice on where it is better to go, they met us late at night. convenient location, next to a large supermarket, a great coffee shop, a pizzeria and of course ice cream. the bus stop is nearby, the metro is a ten-minute walk away. we were satisfied. we will definitely come again

Comfortable stay in a clean apartment

Pros: The property was spacious modern and very clean with comfortable beds and plenty of utensils in the kitchen. I found it better than the pictures. The location was fairly close to the centre and bus was available at short walking distance. Plenty of restaurants close by and the host was extremely welcoming and helpful, always responded and great at making recommendations.

Cons: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

Cons: Pas de la faute des propriétaires mais une odeur désagréable flottait dans l appartement. Nous l avons signalé au propriétaire encore une fois pas de sa responsabilité

Pros: 公寓位于安静且安全的居民区，附近步行可到达的很多各色的餐厅，步行几十米有两个超市，附近200米左右还有两个公交车站，总之，购物吃饭外出都很方便。 公寓配备了小厨房以及洗衣机，居家设备很齐全。 非现场的入住手续也很便捷。

Cons: 百页窗遮光效果不太好，早上被阳光叫醒。 地板有点老旧。

Pros: Very clean, quiet and relaxing ambiance, accessible and close to everything. The staff are very helpful and response quickly to my inquiries.

Cons: Everything is fine. One small thing, the shower door doesn’t close well.

Top Wohnung in Rom

Pros: Super Wohnung im Stadtteil San Giovanni. Eine der besten, die wir je auf Reisen hatten. Es fehlte an nichts.Die Lage war hervorragend ruhig, dennoch hatte man alles, was man braucht in direkter Nachbarschaft. Der Vermieter war super freundlich, kam beim Check in extra zur Wohnung, erklärte noch einmal alles und ließ uns Wasser und Kaffee da. Ein wirklich toller Empfang! Wir würden sofort wieder hier wohnen, wenn wir wieder nach Rom kommen.
