Pros: We really liked the host. Valerio was very nice and helpful. The communication was great. There were all necessary facilities in the apartament and the location was perfect. It was just a 20-minute walk to the Colosseum.

Cons: The place was tidy at first glance, but the floors were a bit dirty. We also couldn't find any dishwasher tablets.

Pros: The bathroom was very clean and the accommodation was near bus stations.

Cons: Very uncomfortable beds, pillows, and towels are too thin, lack of small trashcan in the toilet for women, windows didn't seal properly.

Pros: Super apartment located in a convenient location. We walked by foot practically everywhere. The apartment was clean and fragrant, well-equipped. The neighborhood is nice. Just around the corner, there's a great place with Neapolitan pizza - Federico, as well as a café with delicious coffee. We highly recommend it.

ideal holiday apartment in Rome. I highly recommend it!

Pros: Absolutely everything!! Clean, cozy, comfortable, good beds, the kitchen has everything you need. Good location if you need to stay in a quieter place (this was important to us as we were with a small child). Incredibly friendly owners.

Pros: The flat was good, two separated bedrooms and two bathrooms which is great. The building is Old but The flat is renovated and Looks quite modern. The ac worked fine. There were some board games and books. In the kitchen we had some Coffee and other things, that was nice. The area is peaceful and within walking distance there are some restaurants and shops.

A lovely apartment.

Pros: It’s a really good size with 2 bathrooms. We were greeted on arrival and shown around the property. There are lots of small shops nearby for essentials, such as milk, drinks etc. it is a 35min walk to the Colosseum. It’s an uphill walk so unsuitable for anyone with walking difficulties. Approx. €13 in a taxi. An extra 20mins will take you into the centre of Rome where there are numerous sights, bars and restaurants. This is a very long walk. If you walk left out of the apartment and right on the main road, at the end there is a wonderful coffee shop. It sells numerous cakes, sandwiches etc. Great prices! Going left on the road will take you to the Colosseum. You will pass Danny’s bar which is really nice. An excellent apartment with everything you need. There’s also a take away kebab shop nearby.

Cons: A little far out.
