Gioberti Art Hotel

Good quality hotel - good rooms, great staff 7/10 location

Pros: The area is busy and as it's where the tourists come into Rome there's many street sellers. It's closeness to Termini was great for getting around (bought single metro tickets for €1.5 rather than day passes and it was awesome) Rooms large, comfortable, clean and in great condition. No issues with hot water. Sfizio's on the corner make brilliant pizzas and there are many good restraunts close by. If not travelling alone you'll be fine in this area after dark!

Cons: Breakfast was well catered by attentive, courteous staff but after 5 mornings the hot selection of eggs and cocktail sausages could have been varied. Perhaps mushrooms, bacon or similar but I understand logistically most don't stay that long.

Pros: Reception staff are friendly - at check in, when coming in and out of the hotel reception and at check out. Room size is good with a kettle for making tea/coffee. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great location as it is a block away from Roma Termini. Requested for a late checkout and was granted straight away. Good accommodation for the 2 nights I stayed. Recommend.

Cons: Breakfast was basic, but could be improved with some fresh fruit. Needs a new coat of paint in the walls after reception.

Pros: Love its location. Accessible to all public transport, shops, market, cafes/restaurants and some of the tourist spots.

A good choice for an overnight stay adjacent to Termini station.

Pros: A comfortable hotel, 2 minutes walk from Termini station. The room was clean and met our needs for an overnight stay. Staff were helpful and had good language skills. The road outside was a little noisy but what do you expect in a major City centre.

Pros: great location near station, spacious room with daily cleaning

Cons: breakfast buffet had basic selection for food and widened sweet pastry selection

Pros: Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is excellent and starts at 7. The gym is relatively well equipped. The location, while in a neighborhood that is not particularly pleasant (through no fault of the hotel!), is incredibly convenient – not even a minute to get into Termini! Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Only one minor thing: the shower mixer tap is ridiculously hard to figure out. Also, the bathroom could do with a toothbrush holder and a towel hanger next to the shower.

Perfect hotel if you are arriving/ leaving Rome by train.

Pros: Large room, very clean, well appointed. Very close to Rome Central Station ( which is why we chose to stay there- had arrived in Rome by train & had to leave for airport the next morning.) Also convenient to Metro which was great as it was raining when we went to meet friends - so easy to catch the train.

Cons: All good - area around the station not the nicest part of Rome but convenience outweighed that
