Nice apartment close to Vatican
Pros: The apartment was clean, nicely firnished. The bad very confordable.
Cons: Some things need an upgrade/repairs: faucets and power outlets.

Excellent modern spacious apartments in Rome with everything you need.
Pros: Spacious apartment with one bedroom and a large studio living room. The kitchen has everything you need: a stove, dishes, a coffee maker, a kettle, a pot, pans. It wouldn't be bad to add a microwave oven. There is a lovely balcony with a table and chairs facing a quiet courtyard. Clean bed linen, orthopedic mattresses, and memory pillows were very comfortable. There is an iron and ironing board in the closet, 2 TVs and air conditioning, lots of mirrors. The plugs of the iron, kettle, and coffee maker do not fit under the sockets in the apartment, but there are adapters in the kitchen. Clear recommendations with videos on how to find and get into apartments. Pleasant communication with the owner via Whatsapp. It was a great place to stay for a few days in Rome!
Cons: The location was far from the center, it was necessary to use 2 buses to get to the Colosseum. But on the other hand, it was close to the Vatican, just a few minutes by bus or half an hour on foot. There were some noisy neighbors with constantly running children, who were very audible. But it didn't bother us much, because we left in the morning and came back in the evening. The hot water from the boiler is enough to shower two people in a row. We lived together, so it wasn't a problem, but it should be taken into account if there are more tenants. And one more thing about the lock, you need to get used to it. After 2 turns, you need to make another quarter turn to the left. It's more of a tip.

Great family vacation
Pros: Great apartment spacious with very comfortable bed and sofa bed. We arrived early before the check in time and they did the apartment very quick for us. Great location nearest bus stop station was 2 min walk. Great coffee shop with all.local food was 2 min walk from the apartment. We really enjoyed it thank you
Cons: An iron will be nice to have

Great place to stay
Pros: We liked the overall atmosphere, the cleanliness, the good communication with the host. We had everything we need at our disposal. The apartment is spacious and has high ceilings, which is something that makes a huge difference. If I come to Rome again, I will most likely choose it again.
Cons: I can't complain about the anything.

Truly a perfect stay
Pros: Very quiet and convenient location, just a few steps from the Vatican and with all kinds of markets and shops nearby. Other points of interest are not far away and are easy to reach from here. The apartment is very spacious, well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, large bathroom and bedroom, several shelves for storage, and a huge living room. The host, more than attentive, made sure we lacked nothing and were as comfortable as possible. We would definitely return and recommend this place!

Pros: Les equipements, la salle de bain, la clim, les indications plastifiées, les vidéos pour expliquer comment s'y rendre, la sécurité et la propreté.
Cons: Les sièges de la cuisine : trop peu confortables. Il manque un ou deux fauteuils et une table basse. Belle montée pour rentrer du métro. Attention, enfants dans l'appartement au dessus, et petit ascenseur.
