Small , comfortable hotel in a perfect location- a real gem

Pros: The second time that I have stayed here and just as good as last time. Fantastic location within walking distance of all major sights; we didn’t use any transport once we arrived at the hotel. Public transport from the airport is very easy- Leonardo express train to Termini and then bus 40 to Piazza Venezia followed by a 5 min walk .A good selection of restaurants within a few minutes walk too The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the room ,301, is large , quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast, served in the pretty reception area is delicious with a wide variety of items served buffet style along with freshly cooked eggs and pancakes. Would highly recommend .

Cons: You need to breathe in to use the lift - not a criticism- the building is old and full of character.

Will certainly try and stay there again next time we are in Rome

Pros: Great location, everything is walkable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.

Cons: Breakfast area is small, however you do have the option of having served in your room which was excellently done.

Cons: Intimate, very clean, great location and friendly and helpful staff. Great to have facilities in our room to make tea and coffee, and to have a refrigerator and mini bar at our disposal. Overall excellent!

Pros: Everything was great. The rooms were beautifull and the staff was so friendly and kind. I hope that I will return.

Pros: Very centrally located. Lovely boutique hotel, lovely breakfast. We had it served one morning on our balcony. Staff very helpful & accommodating. Walkable to Trevi fountain, the Pantheon & the colloseium.

Cons: Only downside was the street outside at night was sometimes noisy.

Pros: I was very impressed honestly. The hotel is a very small Boutique Hotel but the service is grand and the rooms are large, luxurious and beautiful. The location couldn't be any better in the historic center and everything noteworthy is in walking distance. The staff is very caring, helpful and kind. They welcome you with a coffee, they'll tell you where to go and where to eat to make the most of your stay, and are always available. The breakfast is served in the small lobby but it's exquisite!l. Everything is freshly made. The room is beautiful, very modern and stylish but has this amazing old wooden ceiling. It's also very large. It's equipped with a fully stocked mini bar and a Nespresso Coffee Machine and everything you might need.I really enjoyed every moment. Thank you!

Cons: The WiFi-Internet is a bit slow and the 5G signal is weak inside the room, so if you want to stream something on your phone or laptop you may struggle with the speed a bit. It didn't really bother us tho.
