Pros: Very clean (cleaned daily), great centric yet quiet location, kind service, pretty paintings. Good deal for a short trip.

Cons: Wall in a bad state on one place, some used-looking furniture, we were not picky about those though but some people might be. Noisy neighbours one late evening.

A brief 2-night stopover, but Guesthouse Grazioli was a very convenient and comfortable crash pad.

Pros: Great location! Very friendly proprietors with good communication.

Cons: Broken toilet seat, mouldy caulking in the bathroom.

We had an amazing stay in Rome! The location was perfect in between the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon and the accommod

Pros: The location was perfect in the heat of Rome. The staff were lovely and the property was very clean.

Cons: The shower was a little weak but not bad at all.

Perfect location, friendly staff, clean and spacious room

Pros: Excellent location! Friendly staff and flexible with changing dates due to surprising circumstances. Spacious room, clean and easy to access. Near Pantheon and Trevi, walking distance from everywhere in the historic centre.

Cons: The walls are very thin, but it’s common in Italy. Had to use earplugs for sleeping due to other guests having a phone call with children on speaker at 6am and could hear everything…

Pros: Excellent location. The apartment is a little small, but it has everything advertised, and it's all in good working order. We ran into the property manager a couple of times, and she was very helpful.

This is a great place to stay & we would highly recommend.

Pros: The location was perfect, very central & everything was within walking distance. The host was so helpful, gave us some much local knowledge & suggested places to go, & also provided a list of places to eat, which were well worth the visit, we were very lucky to come across this Guest house & would recommend to friends & family.

Cons: There wasn't anything that we didn't like
