Pros: Very nice and clean property, has jakuzzi, nice location. Housekeeping lady speaks only italian, but still managed to help us with everything we needed.

Cons: A bit noisy in the morning. The shower drain is slow, needed to shower very fast, otherwise the water flows out.

Pros: Big room, good location, very clean, they bring us goft for the new year.

Cons: We didnt know how to turn on the heat.

Perfect location

Pros: The location is perfect couldn't be better. Can pop in and take a break from walking and soak your feet in the tub. The service from the housekeeping staff was amazing. Some translation was required as I did not speak much Italian and she didn't speak any English. However figured out a recommendation for wine with her help. Self-service bar with good options at great prices on bottles of wine and champagne. The room was clean and the bed was perfect. Nice modern room and bathroom. Also a patio by the self serve bar if you wish to sit outside. Be sure to have data or a e sim as is required to get in contact if you have issues outside of hours of service as the place is small and no one is around after the house keeper does her job but the owner is contactable via what's app.

Cons: The windows to our room could use renovation as I wish I could open them for a view during the thunder storm. Also better internet only so we could use Netflix on the t.v. honestly we were so busy it didnt matter to much.

Would go there again with no second thoughts

Pros: The property was very clean, with all anything a tourist would want(air conditioning, beverages and welcoming host). The apartment’s position was perfect, close to roughly anything you would want to see in Rome.

Pros: Smooth late check-in with great communication via messages before arrival—excellent service! The bed was super comfortable, and the location was great!

Cons: The bathroom could have been cleaner. With a bit more attention to detail in this area, the experience would have been even better.

Amazing stay, fab location!!!

Pros: Amazing location, just around the corner from the pantheon and within easy walking distance to other attractions. The property was cleaned everyday and clean towels left in the room. The air con was great and needed after a long hot day of exploring. Communication was great throughout and will definitely be recommending the property to anyone visiting Rome.

Cons: There was a smell of sewage when walking into the building entrance which the property is located in. Not the properties fault and couldn’t smell anything once you got into the rooms.

Fantastic Roman adventure with a great resting place

Pros: Just as described. Really comfortable bed, super to have seats and the bath as well as a lovey shower. Superb location

Cons: Slightly tricky to enter, but Ulrich was very helpful and sorted us out in no time. A little noisy, as you would expect for a central location, so if you sleep lightly pack your earplugs. Hardly noticeable if you can sleep with the windows shut.
