Pros: The location is dead set the best. It is just down a private lane way, beside the pantheon. So quiet (& I'm an incredibly light sleeper). Some of the rooms are small, if this is the priority for you (not for me). As I said. The location is amazing, it's incredibly quiet for such a central location, clean, the beds are comfortable, and the showers are fabulous. Barbara was a fantastic asset - went out of her way to assist me when I made a mistake with the booking. I have rarely found a 10. And this is a 10/10

Exceeded expectations!

Pros: The location was absolutely brilliant right next to the Pantheon. This meant a manageable walk to anywhere in the city - and equidistant between the Colosseum and Vatican. The welcome on arrival was excellent (detailed instructions by email in advance, plus met in person). Each morning Maria was waiting to offer us a cup of coffee before we started our day. Very clean and towels changed every day. Most helpful that the accommodation offered luggage storage on departure day and also a complementary room for use before leaving.

Cons: Nothing not to like. although one suggestion would be a hook to hang towels to dry in the bathroom.

Lovely stay close to the Pantheon

Pros: I had a great stay! The hotel is in an amazing location — literally one minute from the Pantheon. It’s cozy, comfortable, and the staff were all lovely and very helpful. Overall, a really good experience — I’d definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel - highly reccomend

Pros: The best location you can get in Rome, seconds away from the Pantheon. The staff were excellent and the room was extremely spacious, clean, modern with every amenity needed. I would highly recommend this place.

Great stay, loved it!

Pros: Great location by the Pantheon but still very quiet. The lovely lady who looks after the property is very attentive, always happy to make coffee in the morning. The rooms are modern with comfortable beds and high quality facilities. Additionally, the terrace is a lovely place to relax.

Cons: The instructions to access the property were a bit confusing
