Pros: The hotel was nice and clean, it met my requirements.

Cons: They had a very small shower.

I really enjoyed my stay, I found the hotel comfortable and it was in a great location

Pros: It was clean, towels were tied up with the ribbon, Bed is comfortable,balcony was spacious enough, the shower had a good water pressure, but most of all- this room had a lot of mirrors and even a full size one😊 that was a great thing to have, as so few hotels I stayed in had barely small one in the bathroom. Location was chosen specifically because it was located within 5 min walk to Termini, as I had an early morning flight ,it was important to me to reach the bus to the airport as fast as possible. Thank you, I would love to stay longer in that room.

Cons: The streets are not very safe especially at night, nonetheless, it is located quite close to everywhere. Have to admit, I have never seen amazing and super safe neighborhood around the central station in any country I stayed. The walls between the rooms are quite thin, so you could hear voices a little, but it did not bother me much, I had good neighbours

Great location to explore Rome

Pros: The hotel was at a great location, if you want to get around Rome this is the best place as it is close to the main train/bus station. Super friendly staff that helped us with everything we needed, we felt welcome and at ease.

Pros: The accommodation was great and clean, the staff was friendly and the location was great.

Cons: A few days after the reservation, I received a message from the hotel through the Booking application that I have to pay the same amount again in order to confirm the reservation and that it will be refunded after that, even though I paid the amount without tax immediately during the reservation. It was a hacker attack where my credit card information was stolen. The hotel manager told me that this had already happened to one of their clients. So beware of these scams because they may continue. Thanks to my bank and the police, I managed to get my money back. Booking's Customer Service did not respond at all to my complaints regarding the aforementioned situation.

Very clean and great staff.

Pros: Clean and easy to find. Great location. Reasonably priced. Nice big bath. Towels were soft. Had air con but wasn't super cold, but was OK.

Cons: The bed was quite hard and I had an aching back from it.
