Everything went great. I can recommend this apartment for living.

Pros: Comfortable and clean. Friendly receptionist. Great location. The decor creates a great atmosphere.

Cons: There's mold in the bathroom, but it's clear the manager is working on it. The toilet flushes incredibly loudly. There's a noisy restaurant downstairs. But these are minor details. The apartment is great and the location is fantastic.

Amazing apartament

Pros: This is a beautiful apartment, and it was a pleasure to stay there. The location is perfect for visiting the Vatican, with the entrance from a charming pedestrian street. It's very clean, and all the equipment described are available. Communication with the host is top-notch. The guestbook is a nice touch. A wonderful place to stay in Rome. 😀

Cons: The opposite restaurant owner (La Romanella) behaves very loud from early morning.

Very lovely place, it was a shame as we only spent one night. Very near to St Peter’s Basilica and restaurants just outs

Location is excellent. Ill recommend it and use it again if bed and aircon unit can be improved.

Pros: Very clean and spacious Luigi was very good host. Responsive and very professional.

Cons: Bed was uncomfortable, too uneven. Need new firm mattress. The aircon unit needs to be fixed. It keeps getting disconnected.

Pros: This apartment is extremely close to the Vatican walls. It's very easy to visit Rome on foot starting from here. It has air conditioning in one room and a fan in another room. There is a gas stove in the kitchen, a fridge with a freezer, utensils to prepare food and eat it,glasses, coffee cups and much more. There is a TV in the main room. The beds are comfortable. It is usually pretty quiet. There are restaurants near this location at like 10 metres from it. Castello Sant'Angelo is at about 10 minutes easy walk from this location.

Pros: Lovely apartment. Good sense of history. Very close to the Vatican. Rome is very walkable - all the most famous sites are within a pleasant 60 minute walk from this apartment.
